In the restaurant I'm afraid there is no dogs allowed, however we have outdoor seating on the roadside and garden side so when the weather is suitable dog owners use these areas to dine.

Description
Finalist for Dumfries and Galloway Life Restaurant of the Year 2016 The Pheasant has something special to offer. The Pheasant is situated in the small village of Sorbie and offers a unique dining experience in the heart of Galloway. Andrea Cuomo, chef and owner born and bred in Naples, cooking reflects his upbringing submerged in the rich food culture of Italy. The menu is a combination of authentic Italian dishes inspired by his home kitchen in Naples as well as innovative recipes featuring an interesting twist. Customers can relax in the eclectic lounge with log fire, enjoy a casual lunch or pre-dinner drink before going to the table in the modern rustic styled dining room with bespoke lighting, driftwood bar and original artwork. We offer friendly, attentive service, an elegant, warm and cosy atmosphere and passion for food, all making The Pheasant visit a memorable one.
