The ambient is really romantic in this old traditional house. Service and food was excellent. When it's warm enough can also sit outside.

Loverly combination of eating rooms of which some are clearly very old with low doors etc while the far brown ceiling dining room is a modern sympathetic extension. The food was good - we thought the starters menu was broader and more interesting than the...More

Decided to try their roast dinner last night, we were NOT disappointed! Both of us had roast beef, it totally melted in your mouth. Best roast dinner we’ve had in a long time!, Thoroughly recommend the food, ambiance and staff were brilliant.

So sorry-just seen this question. I'm afraid that I have only written a review of this pub, not work there. It was very sweet though. Good luck with your wedding plans. Melanie.
