I was here yesterday and had the breakfast meal and requested coffee with oat milk, the breakfast was good, but it seemed like the coffee had regular milk, by evening I felt really bad and struggled to breathe due to heavy hayfever attack. I couldn't...sleep properly through the night. I really hope the management becomes upfront and honest if they don't have lactose free milk. I've learned the lesson the hard way to bring my own coffee on the road. The customer service was good.More

I am very sorry for your experience, our staff are extremely cautious with regards to allergins as one of our own staff is actually lactose intolerant herself and becomes very unwell if she consumes regular milk. We always have coconut and oat milk available and...More

We had breakfast here most days during our stay in Doolin. Very much a charming cheap and cheerful eatery. Staff were excellent on each visit. Lovely menu with the usual fry/grill one would expect but lots of other choices as well such as French toast,...pancakes and my favourite - poached eggs and avocado on artisan sourdough. Excellent value. We visited this lovely place regularly throughout our visit and were never disappointed. Highly recommended.More

If like us you may have expected Doolin to be a quiet little spot albeit widely known to travellers for its folk music think again. This was one of the busiest, most congested tourist spots we visited while in Ireland. In fact it was so...overcrowded with tourist buses and cars we decided to have lunch and keep heading north. What a welcome retreat Doolin Deli was. We found their friendly staff, huge, fresh delicious sandwiches, cold drinks and quiet picnic tables out the back away from the main road a pleasant escape from the chaos. Can't speak highly enough of the food here.More

Lovely little place with crafts for sale. We had apple pie with a heap of soft ice cream on the side, as well as a tasty scone, and coffees that hit the spot (Americano and latte). All thoroughly enjoyed.

This is a great little place for a cup of coffee (Irish) and a scone or breakfast. Wonderful staff - very friendly and many items made fresh everyday. You can also grab a bottle of wine or waters, etc., to take away. Looked like lunch...items would be good as well.More

We stopped in Doolin on our tour to the Cliffs of Moher for lunch. Our tour company gave us 50 minutes and highly suggested we go to the pub down the street. However, when we got there, it was wall to wall, standing room only....There was no way we could order and eat in 50 minutes, much less pop in a shop or two before getting back on our bus. We left the pub and walked down to this deli. There were plenty of seats and staff was quick to take our order and get the food to us. I got the chicken and pesto panini, and it was DELICIOUS. Such a great decision to stop in here. It was a tad more expensive than I would have liked for a sandwich, but it was on par with what others are charging for the same thing, and for time’s sake and for the quality of the food, it was worth it. I would definitely recommend, and I would return.More

My husband and I were racing to meet Pat Sweeney for his cliffs of Moher 4 hour hike at a pub just down the street from the deli. We had no food prepared to take with us on the 6 mile hike so we dashed...in to the deli and the owner was so fabulous and quickly made my husband a sandwich on the last bit of some gluten-free bread she had. He lived it. I had the potato leek soup and a crescent roll and ate it as we waited for all the other hikers to show up. They have some gifts as well as sandwiches scones and delicious homemade desserts. I had a piece of lime ginger cheesecake after the hike. Great bathrooms too! If you are meeting for the Cliffs of Moher hike, they have stuff you can take for the 4 hour hike. We loved the owner. There are places to sit down inside and outside if you want to eat there. They sell cute Belgian chocolate sheep too for a gift ;).More
