We stopped off with our family on the way to a wedding. The pub is a little tired and dated. The food was average pub grub (a little over priced) but the staff were very friendly and made it an enjoyable experience

We have just had a beef dinner, it was tasteless. Not homemade, frozen Yorkshire puddings, frozen roast potatoes, beef was microwave beef! Watery gravy! Wouldn't recommend food Staff very friendly 😊

We didn't eat here, but the food looked good. Staff are friendly and the beer was nice! They also have a pool table. And a nice and spacious public bar.

I wouldn't imagine they're permitted in the restaurant bit, save for guide dogs, but there's a back bar with a pool table, etc where they would probably be tolerated. However, that's just my opinion - the number is 01461 337... More
