Dogs are allowed in the actual restaurant, positively welcomed. They cooked my dog a couple of sausages so that he could eat while we did. It is the best meal in lovely surroundings that we have ever had. Everything was perfect. It wasn't the cheapest meal, but we don't mind paying a bit more when it is this good. The staff were welcoming and helpful, but not intrusive. Well worth a visit.
