Visit kennys bar frequently and its the perfect spot for every occasion!
Great beer garden out the back that's covered which is perfect for summer days & typical Irish days also! Beer garden also has a deadly huge painted mural on the wall which is fab too look at and picture perfect for the gram!
Music wise, your not going to get any better!!
They have bands playing weekly with ticketed events which you can purchase on their website and then live music most nights too which is great as you don't have to get up & pub crawl looking for a great spot, this is it!
Inside is just deadly! There is plenty of Irish character from a cozy fire to brilliant art work, posters, signs and so much more. You really need to check it out fir yourself!
The window displays are just out of this world!
Every couple of weeks along with seasonal and what's going on in the area at the time the owner changes the window displays to match it all!
Definitely worth a trip to lahinch just for the window displays alone along with the food, music, atmosphere and service!
The food is fab! Always fresh, great selection from gluten free, vegan, great kids menu, fish & chips, burgers to yummy deserts.
Can't forget about the home cooked soda bread.
The lovely owner bakes the soda bread daily and its just unreal! Your given a basket of it every time which goes great with their chowder or even just a pint of creamy Guinness which is the nicest draft Guinness youl get in lahinch!
The service is great! Lahinch is such a busy spot from families, golfers, tourists, stags, hens the lot and it does be jammed at times which makes it hard to get good food with good service and a lovely cosy atmosphere all in one but in kennys you get it all and they cater to ALL.
Anytime myself and family go in just us or in groups they always go out of there way to accommodate us and everyone who steps foot inside the door.
All the staff including the owners are just genuine down to earth the soundest bunch of people with the best craic and service youl meet, expecially in lahinch.
A trip to lahinch is not a complete without popping in.
A great place to go for the craic, the pints, the cocktails, the food, the service, the music THE LOT!
You always see so many satisfied customers when there which is great to see and the staff are all a credit to the hard working family that runs this place I could honestly not recommend it enough everyone 😊

Love this pub. On this occasion we called in bc after a freezing 🥶 cold blustery walk on the beach for lunch.
The bar was toasty with a roaring fire ready to warm us. Food was as always amazing, top quality ingredients cooked fresh and always with a twist. I’d highly recommend the muscles and brown bread… the best in the west. Wide range of food on the menu and specials also available, all at very reasonable prices. The staff are so friendly they are full of chat and nothing is ever too much hassle for them. Always good range in music acts at night. Their Facebook page well worth a follow. Love love love the ever changing window decor and interior design.
Will be back soon.

Stopped for lunch here on Sunday 7th August. Food was excellent, service was really fast & they were helpful and attentive. Busy bar with a lot eating. Prices very reasonable. I had the burger with bacon & cheese and my wife had a gougon wrap, both came with chips and the quality was great. I’d highly recommend this place

We were warmly welcomed and given menus. We placed our orders and the drinks and bread came quickly and the food took a while but the menu had stated that the food was freshly cooked so we didn’t mind. The portions were huge and the food was excellent. We wanted to order dessert and tea but no one came to our table for a long time. Eventually we ordered the dessert and we went to the bar to pay. Overall a good experience but the service needs to improve The staff seemed to be under pressure.

Awful experience in this kip, avoid at all costs, you'll get a much warmer welcome and better food in either The Corner Stone or Danny Mac's just a few yards away.
A female staff member backed up by the obnoxious Glen behind the bar would be better suited to non customer facing roles given neither are capable of basic customer service standards when the place gets a little busier but that seems to be a theme reading previous reviews, all is fine until they are challenged or questioned on standards.
Avoid at all costs, far better establishments in Lehinch.

Words can’t describe how appalled I am by the level of service I experienced last night. I asked for a pint of Heineken which came in a glass straight from the dish washer and was very hot. When queried with the server who turned out to be the owner, he asked “was that a first world or a third world problem”, left speechless he asked me the same question again to which I responded that it was customer service problem. He then proceeded to tell me to “F**k off” and go elsewhere for the drink.
I was only happy to oblige him, the Saturday night of a bank holiday in February, every other pub was buzzing in Lahinch apart from Kenny’s, goes to show why!
I’ve been coming to our holiday home in Lahinch for 25 years and never experienced anything like it. I’ll be sure to tell people to avoid this establishment and I most certainly will never be back there again!

We stopped here for some lunch after a walk along the beach, the staff were so friendly and accommodating and allowed our dog inside (which is very rare for most pubs/restaurants in Ireland). The menu has a vast range of options and the food was SO delicious and fresh. The staff were all lovely and the pub had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning here during our next trip to Lahinch!

Visited this pub on 2 occasions over the May Bank Holiday weekend. First was for a couple of quick pints, which were lovely. Great Guinness and Coors. Nice atmosphere in here, and lovely staff. The following day we came back for pint and lunch. WE both had chicken goujon wraps which were lovely and very reasonably priced. Will definitely call again on our next visit to Lahinch.

We landed here Monday 23rd of August at 6 pm with no reservation. Met with with smile. Asked for Covid passes. Shown to our seats. While the menu is not as extensive as I would have liked, there was plenty of choice. I had the burger with onion and garlic mayo, the boss had the double burger with bacon and cheese, one of my small people had pepperoni pizza, one had chicken coupons and chips and the other fish with mashed potato. Everything was so tasty. A couple of nice touches... offering gravy to my daughter for her mash, it was as if ye were reading her mind, owner passed by at which point I enquired about the house wine, was offered a taste to see how it was. To top the whole wonderful experience our bill for a family of five was €56, and everyone's belly were full. Well done to all involved. Ye have it down to a fine art. Looking forward to our next visit.

Considering how busy lahinch gets in July / August , this team are magnificent . Welcome is second to none , staff are superb and food is amazing . All our family love Kenny’s . When the food settles , it only gets better with the best music you will ever find.
It’s a gem of a place … keep doing what you are doing

Called in here on Friday and what a let down .
Of the 3 meals we had only the catch of the day was good .
The wrap was ok and Chicken curry a total joke it was so tasteless .
We ordered 2 pints of Guinness which eventually came half way through our Dinner .
What a pity the barman was so busy talking to his 2 friends sitting at the counter rather than filling our drinks which were not even good .
Wont be returning after this .

Came to lahinch for a night away choose this pub and rang in advance to book a table to which I was told we only take bookings for tables of 6 and it’s walk in after that. We arrived and the girl at the door told us they were fully booked and that she could take our details to add to the “waiting list” which is then informed us the likelihood of being called back was slim to none. Lahinch is an expensive town to stay and it’s only a Monday night! Along with Killarney this bull of not being able to book a table in advance for the business to get revenue is a joke.. how can the government tell us to holiday at home when ya can’t even get a meal not to mind a bloody drink! Last thing you want is a ruined holiday on the only few days ya get off work all year!
Won’t return Covid or not! Total lack of customer service

Six of us on a family trip to Ireland ended up having two nights at Kenny’s. Dinner both times and on the second night we stayed on for the music. The food was excellent - the soda bread made in house was the best we had on the whole trip. The staff were all really good at their jobs but also really good fun. The music on Friday night (Mega.trad) was so good…danced the night away

We had lunch here last week for one of our colleagues who is retiring. There was about 12 of us, each one ordered a different dish. The food was excellent but what really impressed us was the friendly service from the ladies who served us. Nothing was a problem for them even though they were busy with other customers too. Thank you!

Our favourite place to go for food in Lahinch and pub in Ireland! Mussels, burgers, homemade brown bread, Kids food...all delicious. Great Guinness. Special place to see live music and funky window displays! Friendly team. Highly highly recommend.
