Probably the best cocktails that I have ever tasted, the espresso martini was particularly good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was great. Staff wore masks and the restaurant was covid compliant.

Booked for lunch and sat outside with our dog and both inside and outside was Covid compliant with masks, distancing and hand gel. Wife had salmon salad and wow there was a LOT of smoked salmon. I had steak sandwich which came with proper chips...and was also delicious. Couple of glasses of wine and a couple of pints. Lovely pub in a lovely village and we will definitely be back.More

Very pleased with how this pub followed covid 19 guidelines. We both felt safe to stay and have lunch. We had the hop house 13 beer battered fish and chips. Really generous portions of tasty battered fish and twice cooked chips. Friendly service as well

Was here this evening with the lovely Ursula. Dinner was excellent, we had chicken supreme which was done in a delicious mushroom sauce and accompanied with garlic mash and perfect vegetables. A couple of drinks and we were absolutely flying. Served by the super Katie,...it was great value for money!More

We had the pleasure of dining at Hickies bar and restaurant Saturday evening and we have to say it was an absolutely delightful experience. Food was amazing, sevice was fantastic and hygiene and safety in regards to Covid-19, we couldn't have felt safer. All diners...a safe distance apart, hand sanitizers at every entrance/exit point. Security on the door to prevent overcrowding. As our 1st night out post Covid we were all a little anxious to be out but we could not have felt more comfortable at Hickies. Fantastic job by John and the team. Delicious food, great atmosphere in a safe space, couldn't ask for better. We would all highly recommend. Thanks again to John and the team for a fantastic evening.More

Sorry. I don't know the answer to this question. They did have sports on the TV in the bar but don't know about the boxing.
