Great food and cocktails. Service was very good and the ambience was pleasant. However, I was very surprised to go there in August and see that even though they were busy, none of the staff wore masks or visors. Would appreciate if staff would please...wear masks.More

Very hard to get a table this summer. Covid was responsible. Happy to take an early sitting at 5.30 just to have the most delicious scampi. I wasn’t disappointed. It was superb served with chips Ana side salad. We finished off sharing a pavlova which...was a very generous serving. The house white Chilean Sauvignon was perfect.More

We had the bruschetta, crab claws, calamari and prawns. Food is fresh, tasty, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Portions are big so 1 starter would do 2. I would highly recommend a visit to here. The restaurant is run very well with each table...setting having it's own individual serving table to ensure distance with covid, ingenious.More

Had an evening meal here which was delicious, especially the sticky toffee pudding! However I was surprised to see the waiting staff not wearing masks or visors, although they do keep their distance whilst waiting on you. Also saw quite a number of people entering...without masks. My Husband has a rare condition which comprimises his immune system so I am very aware of social distancing. Please mask up and protect both yourself and others.More

Well done to Elaine and all her staff on such a wonderful safe and happy dining experience we had on the couple of times we dined during the summer 2020.

We visited the restaurant after booking well in advance. Sat down at 8:15pm sitting and those who ordered starters received them at 8:45. We were then waiting until 9:50 for the main courses. A number of waiters apologised - none of whom were to blame...for the the wait. We were then offered a round of drinks as a result of the wait (2 soft drinks and 1 alcoholic drink). This round of drinks were charged on the final bill. While finally eating our mains we were told there was no rush on the table and that we could take as long as we wanted....At 10pm at night we had lost most of our appetite and left after paying the bill in full.More

The food in Naughtons is second to none. This restaurant is a must visit if you are ever in West Clare, definitely one for a Bucket List! The service from all staff members especially bar man Paddy and owner Elaine was excellent. Huge emphasis placed...on safe social distancing and sanitizers throughout the premises; we were made feel at ease throughout our meal! 10 out of 10!😁More

We had a great night in Naughtons, service was good and each table had a side table where staff dropped and collected food and drinks to minimise contact. Delicious food.

Like the other answers I haven't seen food served at the bar and think it would be a bit uncomfortable as there is a lot of traffic with staff and customers passing by, much better to sit in comfort at the tables and enjoy... More
