When we arrived, they didn't have our reservation which we made the day before. Took them 30 minutes to take our food and drinks order, only after we'd already asked them twice. Mix up with the food order. When we were being served our food...we asked for another round of drinks, which we eventually got only after we'd finished our food. That drinks order was wrong too. By the time we'd come up to the end of our 2 hours, we'd had a total of 2 rounds of drinks. We asked for our bill, which was wrong also, items on there which we hadn't ordered. When I pointed out to the member of staff how bad the service was, she took my card and payment and without a word, walked away without saying "Thank You" or apologising for such a bad customer experience. And when leaving, no apology or "Thank You's" as the girl stood at the bar was too busy giving out about us to the bar staff. Hands down one of the worst experiences of customer services we've ever had. Would have been fairly regular customers before Covid and would have brought family and friends for occasions. That won'tbe happening, I'd be embarrassed if the same service was had again. At a time when the hospitality industry is struggling, House should be doing everything they can to retain their regular customers. We won't be back.More

Such a lovely night in House! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would like to give a special mention to Pauraic and Hailey who made sure we were looked after all night! Would highly recommend

Visited here on a Wednesday evening, it was so cold we had to leave, it was honestly warmer outside than it was inside! Apparently the staff " don't know how to put on the heat"!!! Don't waste your money paying for drinks or pizza when...u can't sit and enjoy it without being froze to death!More
