I ordered takeaway last night and it was absolutely fantastic! The whole system from ordering online to collection was so well organised. Any special requests were easily made with no problem. The food was delicious and the way it was presented even though it was...takeaway was brilliant-just like being in the restaurant! Thank you so much!More

We had afternoon tea here recently. It was absolutely fabulous. Without a doubt the best afternoon tea we have had. The selection of sandwiches and sweet treats was excellent. The service was top class. The setting is also fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Group of 8 do due to COVID-19 we had to have 2 tables of 4 which was fine. The food was delicious and we had a really nice French Merlot with it. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful. The restaurant is a bit out of...the way but worth a visit.More

This is a nice place but lacked atmosphere due to COVID restrictions I guess. The staff is lovely. We'd like to try it again in 'normal' times.

Had dinner here last week with friends, location is stunning, food was served in terrace area, found it lovely as covered area, but well decorated, flowers in wheelbarrow was lovely. Food was nice, because of food intolerances I had fish and asked for no extras...on plate and received as I had asked, fish was nice as were the chips, panna cotta for dessert was lovely, however I couldn't tell it was vanilla and orange flavour as it was covered in berries, which overwhelmed it. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.More

I recently booked the Church Restaurant as a surprise get together for my sister-in-law/besties 50th Birthday... she had thought it was just for the both of us but I had booked for a table of 6 and when I arrived with her the Young waiter...Mattel( I hope that's correct) knew right away and took both myself and my sister-in-law straight too a quiet booth as it was away from where the other friends were and gave us both menus and of course made her none the wiser... while we were sitting there they were preparing everything in the adjoining outdoor/indoor area and he came back and suggested we possibly may want to sit out as it was a beautiful evening and it was lovely and bright out there so we went to have a look and that's when everyone surprised her... I could not have asked for better staff on that evening as both Mattel and Siobhan were absolutely amazing... the Unbelievable customer service we got that evening blew us all away not to mention the totally tantalizing food, one of my friends who is a vegetarian said it was one of the best risotto she had ever eaten!! The highest compliments to the chef!! We cannot wait to go back and I hope whoever reads this will also try it out as I guarantee you'll will be blown away...and don't worry about social distancing as the church has a vast area of seating whilst still feeling cosy and intimate...book now!!More

Went here on a personal recommendation and it did not disappoint. Just beautiful fresh food at reasonable prices for the standard. Lovely setting in the terrace. Friendly staff who were very aware of COVID saftey. I got the Yeats goats cheese ans beetroot salad and...the salmon, just top notch food. The cheese is locally sourced and tastes like the lightest mousse. 10/10.More

Just had the special offer steak dinner for two. Starters, steaks and desserts were absolutely delicious! And great value! Definitely beats cooking! Well done to all the staff there. We've had quite a few dinners from here during the lockdown - a benefit of living...so close by - and enjoyed every one!! Oh, and treating ourselves to the bottle of wine included with tonight's dinner! Lovely!More

Food was nicely presented and was quite nice, but service was so bad. Possibly the worst .... sorry 🙏Hate to slate anyone just doing their job, but the service (not the wait time for the food once ordered) was ridiculously slow. Had to go and...ask for menu and water for table after sitting for over 10mins upon arrival. Another 10 mins until our order wad taken. After the main, we had to go and ask for menus again for dessert after 15-20 mins and another 10 mins before order was taken. Judy give yourself plenty of time if you're planning on coming.More

Heard about this restaurant from our nearby B&B owners so decided to try. A short drive from Letterkenny not far from the Larkins pub restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and we had a choice of seating as mid-week on a rainy night it was...quiet. The restaurant decor is well done and retains some charm from the old open roofspace. Tables are well spaced and large partys can be accommodated. The Lamb was perfectly cooked and the presentation great. Very tasty, helped down by a nice glass of Chilean wine. Homemade Cheesecake was excellent. Prices are reasonably priced for the quality of this restaurant. Definitely worth seeking out.More
