Last Friday I ordered from them via internet (and I paid there as well, since I had my friends in ours and didn't want to pay by cash). After 1,5 hours when I rang them they said my order is on the way, will be...there soon. We were waiting 2 hours when I made the next call and saying I ordered 2 hours ago, and a gentleman on the phone said 30 mins ago that it's on the way but still didn't arrive. When I asked them to check it in the system they said they couldn't find it so if I don't mind walk in to the store and order there again. I told them I wouldn't go to the shop since I'm pregnant and I paid for the delivery charge as well, so why would I go and order again and pick it up? I asked a manager or a supervisor but there was no management on duty (on a Friday night??). I forwarded the confirmation email to them which has the order number, adress, name and the provement I prepaid for this service, but still no answer.... In the end after 3 hours and phone calls I had to go in order again and wait like I'm a walk in guest. Won't order from Capri Bray again, and I wouldn't recommend it either to anyone. Totally disappointed!More
Used to order the odd time from here and whilst nothing to write home about, it was generally good. One evening we ordered three pizzas. I spent the rest of that night vomiting my guts up and the other end wasn't too happy either! My...housemate also got ill although not quite as bad as I was.
A day or two later I emailed them to let them know I had got food poisoning from one of their pizzas. I wasn't looking for a free takeaway just a simple straightforward apology - I have yet to receive any response
Just ate me garlic and cheese chipies cost me 4.80 and 2€ delivery tasted like a block of chess with a bottle of mayo and a raw patatoe but lucky enough the battered pineapples were lovely wit ketchup
Below is me chips
I work in bray and most fridays as a treat we order some kind of takeaway, we order from Capri sometimes once a fortnight. The delivery is quick and the food especially the pizzas are so tasty. Food is always delivered quickly and is piping...hot. The only thing I am taking a point off for is because the person who answers the phone and takes the order has very bad English and sometimes it takes a while to order and make sure they have the order correct, but other than that it’s great.More
My wife, daughter and I were in Bray on Thursday 11 August and stopped off for a bite to eat in the Capri at Station Road.
It has an extensive menu that caters for all pockets.
The food we ordered was piping hot and very...fresh with absolutely no complaints, except a good one, that the portions that were served were mountainous.
Any person stopping off here in this very clean restaurant will not go away hungry.
Good clean restaurant, good sized portions, good prices, good staff and excellent food.
What more could one ask for.More
Called in for a bite on a cold Saturday night in February 2016. My partner fancied fish and chips and she wasn't disappointed. We sat in the small seated area which was spotlessly clean. The fish and chips were cooked fresh and tasted simply delicious....The staff were very friendly and the service was prompt even though it was extremely busy. Nothing fancy here; it serves exactly what it says on the menu board.More
