Poor customer service. Staff just stared at us as we came struggling through the door with a buggy. Unwilling to help. Poor attitude. Terrible service. Coffee terrible. Burnt and far too hot.

Myself and my sisters had lunch here. Delicious Sandwiches with lots of salad. No crisps etc. which you might expect for the price though. The ladies toilet could probably do with a little sprucing up. Lovely friendly younger staff serving.

We stopped here for tea and scones after visiting the castle. They were pretty tasty but I guess I was expecting something a bit more special with the big sign proclaiming awards! The restaurant is nice enough, but it is just your regular queue up...More
