Our room was warm and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The mattress was extremely comfortable. Location was excellent in the centre of town. Breakfast was delicious, i had the orange juice which was yum, the fruit platter, and the full Irish. Service was excellent. Have to...mention that coeliac and vegan is very well catered for, just ask for the chef Michael, nothing is too much trouble for him. A warm welcome when we arrived also. Highly recommendMore

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights and what a beautiful stay we had. Staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Our rooms were fresh and clean and were cleaned every day. Comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was so...delicious and had a lovely two course menu with nice filtered coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. We also dined at the restaurant on our last night. Befani's is definitely the place to be in Clonmel. Buzzing atmosphere with happy dinners. Our three course was very delicious and portions were well served. A special shout out and huge thanks to all the staff including owner and proprietor Pulvio and Claire and Adata who were all outstanding. Thank you all!! Please do stay here if you are in Clonmel. Home away from home!!!More

Absolutely fantastic meal at Befanis restaurant. The tapas were divine and the great thing was others could have a main if they didn’t fancy the tapas. The calamari and king prawn is a must and my favourite was the chicken waffle in a lovely sauce....The staff are very attentive and the atmosphere is superb.More

Good value and a pleasant experience, Dinner bed and breakfast. Nice and busy, staff there to help. Cleanest place we’ve been in. No bother parking overnight on the street by the front door. Big selection of evening dishes, and a varied way to mix the...plates with tapas, starters, main dinners and puddings. Great tasty food. Breakfasts are a feast and a memorable hearty fry up.More

Great choice both in dishes and price options. We ordered several tapas and a duck confit main course . Great flavours throughout all the dishes we shared and portions were generous. Really exceeded our expectations, lovely atmosphere in the room , staff informative & attentive.... Breakfast did not disappoint , freshly squeezed juice, platter of fresh fruit offered an impressive selection of carefully prepared fruit followed by freshly cooked breakfast.Would definitely plan another visit if in the area again.More

Our family had a one night stay at Befani's and it was wonderful. We stayed at Befani's and ate dinner, as well as the included. Like other reviewers have stated there are a lot of stairs. We were at the top and it worked fine...for our family, as we are fairly fit. It is in an awesome location. There is a great park nearby across a beautiful river. We ate and then took a walk through town. The beds were comfortable and the owners were absolutely lovely. The dinner was wonderful, but the breakfast that was included with our stay was even better! We would definitely stay here again if ever our travels bring us back to Clonmel.More

We stayed at Befani's for two nights. Everywhere was spotless. Our room was excellent . Breakfasts were delicious with a good choice of menu and fresh / local ingredients and beautifully cooked and presented. We had dinner on both evenings, the first evening we had...the Tapas menu which included a bottle of house wine and on the second we varied it a little and tried the desserts. Again delicious food beautifully cooked and well presented. The owners and staff were welcoming, smiling and helpful. I can throughly recommend Befani's . So much nicer than an hotel. Great ambience in the restaurant. Excellent location. We will definitely stay there again.More

Had a lovely stay in this B&B in Clonmel. Check in left alot to be desired. Having to phone and wait for someone to arrive and let you in ! Had a lovely freshly painted room . Was spotless. With everything you'd need. Breakfast was...exceptional good. Better than any hotel that I've stayed in. Fresh orange juice. Breakfast was freshly cooked. Served by a lovely friendly lady. All in in i would recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to stay in Clonmel.More

We were 3 friends hiking in the Galtees and stayed overnight in Befani. B&B for the 3 of us was €120 in a family room so we didn’t expect much. Such little faith! Our room was spotless & beds comfortable. After a few drinks in...Phil Carroll’s pub (highly recommended also) we dined in Befani. Food was fantastic, a mixture of Tapas & regular dishes. Breakfast next morning was excellent. Staff throughout our stay were brilliant. Special mention for Caroline, Agatha, Caitlin & Claire. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!More
