Lockdown doesn't mean that you have to stay in. Beautiful dinner this evening and will be back too. Thank you James for being so nice. Susan and Cindy Browne

I regularly eat in the Lobster Bar and can safely say is some of the best and freshest seafood i have ever eaten. Really nice staff and a cracking pint of Guinness make it one of my favourite spots ever. 5+ stars

This was a lunchtime visit in a beautiful location. Covid-19 protocols appeared to be in force although the table we sat at had a very sticky surface which the friendly waitress explained was the residue left after the surface had been sanitised. However the adjacent...wall surface had the appearance of a wall that hadn't been cleaned regularly, so I wasn't convinced about the reasons given for the sticky surface at our table. The menu choices were good considering the time of year and the reduced number of visitors. The starters we chose were the sea food chowder and the goat cheese salad. Both starters were tasty although the salad dressing was "scarce" on the goat cheese salad. We chose the roast of the day which was beef and it was melt in the mouth! Our overall experience in this restaurant was o.k. and I would hope that the owners will eliminate the sticky surface experience and wipe the walls before we visit again at some stage in the future perhaps???More

Had a meal there last night Sept 14th. Food and service was good. But they need to know that €9 for 5 chicken wings is a little bit expensive, even if they were nice.

Staycation in Waterville, what a beautiful little village with great options for food. We ate twice in the lobster and both occasions the standard and quality of food was excellent. Covid restrictions managed well and really friendly service. Will be back again soon.

We have been travelling to Kerry for over 17 years and for no particular reason be never went to the lobster 🦞 for dinner. What a huge loss to us it has turnout to be. I cannot recommend the lobster highly enough. The food quality...was brilliant and the service was top class. Cannot wait to go back over and over again.More

Best food and pints in the area. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Service is exceptional and the food is as good as you would get in any 5 star restaurant. All locally sourced and fresh fish from the local fisherman which you means when...it arrives to your table your tastebuds will explode!!! All washed down with a few nice pints which you can tell this landlord takes the time to perfect his trade. Would highly recommend to stop into this gem if your in the area.More
