Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I happened across this spot after stopping someone on the street and asking them for a recommendation for breakfast. As soon as I entered, I felt so welcome. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. The veggie breakfast is absolutely...to die for, with a host of various different flavours and textures to sample. The guacamole tasted divine, it was so fresh and tasty. The homemade brown bread with marmalade was absolutely gorgeous as well. The coffee was delicious and they had lots of alternative milk options available. I would definitely come back if I was in Athlone again 💜More

Came across this wonderful eatery while walking the strand after a late night . Beautiful morning so many customers were eating outdoors. The lay out and set up is lovely . Staff were so welcoming and friendly but clearly efficient. Great customer service all round....Given my state I choose the full irish from a vast breakfast menu. Cooked to perfection with not an once of fat to be seen . Pot of tea and homemade brown bread to assist. Couldn't ask for more . I definite re-visit on the cards .More

Visited Athlone for a Christmas break and came upon this beautiful wee cafe. As soon as you step inside the staff are very welcoming and attentive. The menu choice is great, something for everyone and the food is delicious. We were here for 3 nights...and visited Beans and Greens every day during our stay. All food is freshly prepared and the desserts are home made and delicious. Don’t miss a chance to visit this little gem if you’re in Athlone. You won’t be disappointed.More
