I was accommodated by the owner by her serving me a lamb dish that was not on the menu. This was greatly appreciated.

Popped in for a bite to eat and a drink and to watch the match on telly. Asked the lady if thry are showing the soccer match and she turned it on so I ordered drinks and food. 5 minutes later she turned the tv over to the hurling that was already showing on another telly, apparently because a guy... I used to like it at first, half year ago - great fish and chips, good steak, but it's getting worse and worse every time I am back there. 1. The biggest issue is: it's very incosistant! One day the fish and chips are great, the next day it's served without tartar sauce (and menu says it is served with... More

Ate recently at Maggie Mays having not been for over a year. Have to say the food is still very good and service too. Everything we got was lovely and hot. Quite reasonably priced and friendly staff. Only thing I don't like is the artificial cream they serve with dessert! But I say just don't eat it! Myself and hubby... More

On a two night stay in Loughrea we visited this Pub twice once on the first nite for a few drinks, the pub was not overly busy when we got there but a lot of people came and went while we were there. The staff were delightful and friendly and took time out to chat which was very nice. We... More

Myself and my husband visited maggie mays for an evening meal. We both went for steak. I had the fillet and my husband had the T-bone. Both were beautifully cooked but I have to say my fillet steak was the nicest I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not have a reservation and although... More
