Took the family for a spin to West Cork recently. Stopped for lunch at Mannings Emporium. Couldn´t get over how fantastic the food was. The burger was just out of this world. The soup was also better than anything I have tasted in Ireland. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who apreciates good food, well prepared. Also they have a... More

Regular watering hole for us, always good. Great Eggs Benedict and Bacon and Egg Sandwich. Staff always friendly and very knowledgable. Lovevthe use of local produce and the selection of local cheeses.

Good food. Good wine and a bit more. Well worth a stop. Loved the gluten free chocolate Seville cake. Nice little choc crunch. Perfect

A couple of weeks ago I was in Ireland attending my Clan Gathering. On Saturday we took a coach tour of Cork and stopped at this place for lunch. They did a nice job of serving a very large group of people that were on a tight time schedule. The service was good and the food was wonderful. This place... More

Went here on the last night of our holiday (camping nearby in Eagle Point) as the evening tapas menu had been recommended to us. Not a huge selection but the plates we ordered were delicious...especially the chorizo. It was a mild evening so we sat outside. There were a couple of guys on the guitar which created a lovely atmosphere.... More

Was staying in Bantry on Saturday night, and stopped in Manning's on the way into town. Didn't know that they served brunch so was nicely surprised. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and the pancakes (to share with my partner). She ordered Eggs Florentine. We both ordered lattes. When the latte's were dropped to the table, I though we were in... More

Brilliant brilliant brilliant. Tapas night (Thursday) was wonderful. Andrew's cooking is excellent and the live Spanish guitarists really set a perfect scene. I love this place.

We had a delightful dinner at Manning's Emporium. Tapas are served on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. We started with the cheese board and had several little plates. The prawns and crab claws were especially memorable. The deserts were delicious. There was a musician the night we visited and lots of locals in attendance. I don't know if they accept... More

Called in on a quiet Monday morning for a coffee and a cake. The ambience was calm and relaxed but welcoming, as always. No sign of Val nimself, but the girls were friendly and welcoming. The coffee and almond/pear cake were lovely. The WiFi was available and free. However, the world interrupts the tranquil and relaxed nature of the place!!!

Just back from a weekend in West Cork. We visited Mannings three times over the weekend. It's no flash in the pan, it was consistently super on all three occasions. The total team from waitresses, to shop assistants, to chefs, to hands on owners are fun, enthusiastic, professional. Visit one was a flying one for quick tapas before a music... More
