Having enjoyed a splendid meal last evening, before leaving we booked for the following evening requesting a specific table, which we were told was fine and agreed. We arrived the second evening 15 minutes earlier only to be seated at a different table that faced...another table, the one we had requested was occupied. We do not enjoy dining face to face with other diners. The meal did not live up to the previous evening and in particular the cheese cake was not a cheese cake but an uncooked concoction of whipped cream and cream cheese. We had intended to dine a here a third evening but will go elsewhere.More

Stopped for an evening meal and we really enjoyed it. My wife had the prawn Caesar salad with truffle fries which was fab and I had the most delicious burger ever and I’ve eaten a few in my time. Comfy seating. Friendly efficient service. Great...Guinness. Highly recommended. We will be returning soon.More

Just home from a fantastic weekend away with friends as we went exploring the MacGillycuddy's Reeks in Kerry. We were well looked after in the Bianconi Inn for the weekend, the rooms were great, the bar/restaurant were too - the food and drink was amazing...as well as the staff - they couldn’t do enough for us. We certainly had a great time and many thanks to all who looked after us.More

A last minute luncheon for a family of 5 and it was off to The Bianconi. We were given our very own large table, a nice spacious area to ourselves. Once again, it didn't fail to disappoint. It's signature dish is a must - the...Bianconi Surprise. My husband was well stuffed with this selection of meats and fish but of course there had to be some room left for their mouth watering desserts. I had the delicious King Prawn Wrap with skinny fries. Our three children enjoyed their meals and cleared their plates, a good sign of a great chef. The swirly sausages glazed with honey were a real treat. Friendly chats with the local clientele and staff were a great welcome. It has set us up for an enjoyable Easter break. Thanks to Tina, Hazel and the team. A beautiful warm and friendly atmosphere... First class as always!More

We stayed in Killorglin for a week with my partner and our 2 years old daughter and dine 3 times at the Bianconi. We loved the atmosphere, the food and the service was always super friendly. It can sometimes be hard to go for dinner...with an active 2 year old but they always made us feel welcome. They have great specials everyday and also a very nice menu to choose from. It is simple food but made with great care and fresh ingredients. Of all the dishes we tried, the prawns chimichurri and the seafood cassoulet stood out - Only wish we had more time to try more of their menu! Oh and the desserts, special mention for the peanut butter tart which was delicious!More

Recently dined at the Bianconi and as always it never fails to dissapoint. After finally choosing from a very mouth watering selection on the menu our food arrived. Perfectly cooked fish and beautifully presented accompaniments made for a delicious meal. Portions are large but leave...room for the desserts!! Hazel is a fantastic hostess and the service is prompt, friendly and professional. Looking forward to returning there soon for the afternoon tea or brunch😋More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your glowing review. Our head chef and his team were delighted you found the selection on our menu so plentiful. We aim to use local ingredients where possible! Looking forward to welcoming you back on another occasion.

The Bianconi was always our stop over for lunch when on the ring of Kerry for many years, unfortunately the flavours and seasoning of the food has depreciated a lot on this visit! The seafood platter was just ok, the avocado was overripe and covered...in mayonnaise, the brown bread didn’t have its usual flavour and taste either and the prawns were more akin to steamed and again not very tasty. My other half had the Chimmichurri prawns and again the dish lacked seasoning, there wasn’t any chilli or ginger and was tasteless. Overall the food tasted more like hotel food and not what we expect from the BianconiMore

We have been travelling to Kerry for years and always eat at the Bianconi as the food is so good. This was our first time staying there and everything was fabulous from start to finish. The rooms are good with comfortable beds and fresh white...linen and the shower was excellent. The crowning glory is the breakfast - which is fantastic - fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries and brown bread plus a huge selection of hot breakfasts -including excellent vegetarian options. We stayed for three nights and ate there on each evening - the food , especially the fish, was so tasty as always with lots of choice. A big shout out to Hazel and all her team as the staff at the Bianconi are second to none - everyone we met was so friendly and chatty and yet still professional. It was a real pleasure to stay there and we will definitely be back !!More
