We stopped in for Sunday lunch without a booking, thankfully early so they fitted us in. The food was fantastic and the service was very good. The only criticism I would have was I felt the staff or management didn’t do enough with regards Covid19....There were kids running around and I felt the parents should have been asked to get them to stay seated. Also an older man wondered around with no mask on, stopping talking to people even sitting down at some of the tables.More

I really like coming here. Last time I had a salad, turkey and ham and black forest gateaux trifle. It was really top class. This is a great restaurant. I'd strongly recommend visiting here.

Such a plesent visit. Warm welcome for a party of 5 with no reservation. Busy spot but all covid guidelines followed. Pate starter & garlic mushroom starter were delicious. Very varied menu, with help of our waitress I finally choose the 4 cheese lasagna and...it did not disappoint. Large portion sizes,so unfortunately no room for dessert. Our waitress Stella was friendly but not over the top and very knowledgeable on the menu. Over all a very nice meal in a lovely place with nice friendly staff.More

Visited this restaurant 3 times in our week long visit to Banna Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed each evening meal. Excellent food with great service and ambiance. If visiting this neck of the woods I'd highly recommend this restaurant. Remember to book! Can't wait to return...next yearMore

Beautiful place with covid precautions well on place but because the restaurant is very big it still has a great buzz to it. 100% recommend the steak, the cook it exactly to your specification. Delicious!!!!

It was our first time visiting in over 3 years, when we got to our table the waitress threw our menus at us. We were a bit taken back and my father said they must be up the walls. We had a older female waitress,...she ruined our whole experience, we ordered drinks and they were just banged on the table. My mum was caught deciding between two main courses and asked for her (the waitress) opinion, she huffed at my mum and in a condensing tone and said the fish. Nothing else. When we finished our meal, didn't want to stay much longer with her attitude, she had essentially thrown us off ordering coffees and desserts. She then came down with the receipt, we hadn't asked for our receipt and we were still within the time frame to be there we had another 30mins according to government guidelines. Aside from the waitresses attitude the pork ribs and tempura prawns were amazing. The salmon was decent and a decent serving and the burger went down a treat for my dad. Its just heartbreaking knowing the kitchen staff are working hard behind the scenes and a waitresses attitude is destroying the customer experience. If your going there just hope you don't get the grumpy waitress! Honestly, it really did ruin our while experience we tried being forgiving at the start but it was a ridiculous. I had seen a few other reviews saying the same thing tooMore

We have eaten here on many occasions as a couple and with big family groups etc. food was always good, consistent and delicious. Those days are gone, we had heard the place is gone down! but we were still optimistic. Yesterday we both ordered the...chowder, it was okay but of a milk base, not creamy just milk. But edible! We both also had the fish and chips and this is where it all turned sour. The fish was well-well battered in horrible oil batter!!! honestly my fish was okay but my husbands was pure mush. The plate was smeared with mushy peas, not a great idea as it looked very off-putting and not well presented as intended. The chips and tarter sauce was very nice and well cooked. After we both felt bloated and kinda like we just ate a big meal of fast food grease! Sorry but we won’t be back unfortunately.More

Yes, booking is necessary for ‘special’ days such as during the Christmas / New Year period, Mother’s Day. It gets very busy. Check it’s open first.
