If you're looking for something at a reasonable price, I'd recommend their special deal - a cup of homemade soup with a choice of toasted sandwiches. It's a filling, nourishing and tasty mid day meal.

Stopped in here for a quick lunch. Had the club bagel and a cup of tomato basil. The wife also had the very lemony lemon cake. Everything was excellent. Some of the best yard bird we have found on a deli style sandwhich. Definitely check this place out if in Clifden.

Visited this café twice during our recent trip to Clifden. The food was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Nice variety of sandwiches, with soup options. Easy access at edge of downtown center, and worked well from us as we wanted a break from big meals.

Was here during my annual stay in cashel, about 25 minutes from clifden. My cousins and I went in for a bite to eat and i could honestly say I would never go there again, the staff had such grumpy facial expressions and were very unpleasant, as i work as a waiter in a restaurant it is key to always... I had a very limited amount of time in Clifden but chose this spot based on a great review in Lonely Planet. Upon visiting, I found it to be very average. Not much atmosphere, the food was just ok, and worst of all, poor and somewhat unfriendly service from employees who seemed QUITE unhappy to be there. I didn't see... More

We went to this café three times in two days when hiking and commuting in Clifden and each time we enjoyed their delicious espresso. Their coffee is from Java Republic, a fine roaster in Dublin. It can be challenging finding a good espresso in Ireland, and it has been our best experience so far. We also tried their cream cheese... More

Small cosy spot, ice-creams are delicious. Great coffee and large selection of desserts which are sold out quite early in the afternoon.
