We missed the music but enjoyed the ambiance of the pub. A can't miss spot in Clifden. The location is central to the core of Clifden and walking distance to anywhere down town.

There was a cultural festival going on when we were there, so we happened upon Lowry's Bar, and ended up staying there for quite a while! We really enjoyed it!
We were here for lunch and it was not crowded. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the sandwiches. Can't go wrong having lunch at this cute pub.

In town for a night & stopped in for pints, of which we had many. Wandering around town on a Friday night, and heard the music from the street. We were told the band wasn’t the house band (currently touring), but the stand-ins were fabulous!...More
