We stopped in here our first night in Adare. We had good food and enjoyed the atmosphere. The menu offered a nice selection as well as daily specials. A nice place to stop in for a Pint and/or food.

If you are in Adare Pat Collins is a great pub. We were in Ireland on holiday and the best Guinness pour of our trip was in Pat Collins with a perfect shamrock! Good food and fun and very nice locals. I already miss it!

I recently spent a week in Adare and this was one of the Pubs I visited while there. The people I met were friendly. I had a light dinner and the food was reasonable.

My experience did not match the reviews I read here. I visiting for lunch last Thursday based on this place being voted number one of 17 restaurants in Adare. Unfortunately it did not live up this at all. I would not go back.

A large jug of miwadi probably isn't the first thing many appreciate but when you have a car load of hungry tired people big and small it's a lot! We arrived after a visit to Santa and as soon as we sat down this was offered and the whole experience was super from then. Quick tasty food without a rush.... More

I live about 15 minutes so I try to get to Pat Collins at least once a week\every day days or so. Great pub grub, the fish and chip, bacon and cabbage and chicken wings being my favourites! The Guinness is mighty here, very solid and consistent. Try here between 6 - 8pm and you will meet the locals at... More

The food was absolutely wonderful, accompanied by the warmest-friendliest atmosphere! You must go here and order the profiterole with a hard cider. We tried the beef stew and it was impeccable. A MUST spot for you.

Stopped in for a drink and was treated like a friend. Very nice place and people. A good place for a pint and a Irish car bomb.

It arrived piping hot and looked amazing with a selection of 5 –yes 5 !-vegetables,- courgette, sweet potato, green beans, carrots and parsnip all... More

A group of us stopped by Pat Collin's bar in Adare recently to grab a quick bite. It's a fantastically traditional pub and we were greeted with a warm welcome. It was very quiet as it was early evening but a roaring fire and a few locals at the bar gave the place a laid back atmosphere. We didn't have... More
