Had the opportunity to visit Aunty Lenas a couple times this past week on vacation. The food is great, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting this quaint village.

Ordered the Seafood Chowder here. There was practically no Seafood in it. Mostly mushroom in a bland creamy broth. The worst Chowder I've ever had. My girlfriend had the same. I brought this to the attention to two members of staff. They couldn't care less. These seems to be marketed as a tourist pub. I'm embarrassed that people who've travelled... More

If there's one thing Ireland does well, it's pubs. Don't be fooled by overseas attempts at recreating an Irish pub, just like Guinness, they don't travel well. This is a true Irish pub, family friendly, welcoming and comfortable. Perfect for lazing away long rainy days. There was a wide mix of clientele when we visited; families, tourists, locals, couples, friends,... More

This isn't quite as quaint as you might expect for the oldest pub in Adare with shiny high top tables and tv screens. Nice waitress served our dinner. Traditional pub food which was good for some of us, not so much for others. I guess it depends on what you order. The fish and chips were fair; the potato &... More

Can't really talk about the rest of the menu as I haven't try it but don't order Fish and chips. The fish is not fresh (tastes like frozen supermarket fish) and the batter is way to thick. Not a great experience

Loved this place, arrived later on Saturday night..About 915 pm, we each got an excellent meal. Soup of the day was potato leek, served with a couple slices of the best bread. Person with me got the scampi. Both excellent! Great service. Great music! Probably coming back for breakfast!

Having lunch in a very warm and inviting atmosphere was one of the best things I did in Aunty Lena´s, Adare. I enjoyed a very good meal with friends, the price was very good and the food was excellently prepared, nice, abundant and tasty! Highly recommendable! If you visit Adare don´t miss it!

I think her name was Megan. She was sweet and kind and very helpful. Now - everyone in Ireland is hospitable but our dinner at Lena's was special. Good menu and good food and it was a nicer than usual pub - and most pubs are already nice. Just a cool joint with great people.
