Delicious and wholesome vegan fair but a bit pricey

So much choice for vegans and the food was fresh, delicious, filling, wholesome, and nutritious. We had a variety of the vegan salads as well as the began wrap of the day, in addition to 2 of their approximately 5 or so vegan cakes (the orange and chocolate was particularly exceptional), and two vegan lattes (which were the best coffees we have had in Ireland so far!). It was quite pricey at around €30 for all the above but this place is better vegan-choice-wise than anything we found in Cork City (sorry Quay Coop but it's true!)

The food looks good and tastes good

As soon as we walked into the deli we were confronted by a beautiful array of food and the challenge was the choice. We have had a ready meal, coconut chicken, perfect; rolls and wraps for brunch, current scones for breakfast, very more-ish, and several cakes and deserts. Service is as lovely as the food.

Lovely lunch, highly recommended!

Today I decided to get some lunch in the Gourmet Pantry, and I was so excited about the Chicken Coconut Curry ... it was d.e.l.i.c.i.o.u.s... fresh, tasty, nutritious and wholesome. Their cooking skills are second to none. .also their soups, had once a parsnip soup... I will never forget. I can highly recommend for everyone who needs some crazy tasty food for any event.

Gourmet Pantry Kinsale

We popped in for some snacks. They had a great selection of both savory and sweet items to choose from. There were numerous items that looked very good, it was hard to decide what to order. The roasted veg. quiche was very good, as was the chocolate brownie. Price and quality was fair, friendly counter service.

Well worth a visit again and again

I've been visiting and purchasing food from the Gourmet pantry Kinsale for almost 8 years now. The quality of their food is top notch, with home baked sweet and savoury treats and award winning products. The staff there are always so friendly and helpful and there's a really good vibe in-store. I bring many customers here in a weekly basis for my food tours and they always love the food we get from the Gourmet Pantry. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Very expensive brown bread. More expensive than Avoca, which is brillaint.

Very small brown bread at €3.75. mediocre quality at best, try Lidl for much better quality and price. Also, who ever saw crossaints with caster sugar on them ? quel horreur. this is a very expensive establishment.

Sooooo disappointing

I arrived to collect a surprise hamper for our grandson , celebrating his university graduation. I was presented with a closed rectangular box that contained at the most 9 items. No red ribbon, but there was a small banner across advertising the Gourmet Pantry. cost €45 Future buyer beware..I had a deadline couldn;t leave without it. Never again

We picked up some sandwiches and wraps for an impromptu picnic as the weather was fantastic..Food was delicious, having the leftovers today for lunch.Staff were super, could not be more helpful. Best takeout lunch I have ever had.

Gourmet Pantry is Sensational

The Team at Gourmet Pantry in Kinsale did an outstanding job for us for a Home Entertainment Event, the food, pastries salads etc. were unbeatable. Everything was super fresh and the standard unbeatable….. No need to look any further to outsource your catering, this team have it all!!! Thanks Gourmet Pantry. Pat & Deborah

Miss at your peril.

The choice and selections blew me away. Bought a sausage roll and custard tart for my return journey.. The tart didn't make it on the plane. Pastry was delicious

A great place for a take away lunch.

If you are wanting great food at an affordable price this is the place to come to. Their custard tart, white chocolate tart, salad rolls and salads are the best we have had in Ireland. The servings are generous. The staff are friendly and efficient.

What a treat!

Excellent selection of homemade and authentic foods! I purchased bread, sausage rolls and toubouli and everything was delicious. Perhaps a bit pricey, but worth it.

Last minute corporate lunch

I was tasked to do a last minute corporate lunch for 15 American delegates with only 24 hours notice. I had called around a good number of places and albeit with short notice I still required a good menu, good service and good food. After my sixth call I found the gourmet pantry and spoke to Sabrina. She was fantastic and explained and described her produce perfectly. Not that it was needed but me being me, I was down in the shop within an hour to talk through the menu in detail. It was a great opportunity to see their food in person. They delivered on time and I just had the feedback from the delegates who all raved about their lunch. Thank you Sabrina you really are a credit to the Gourmet Pantry.
