Nice place for a few drinks, if you're willing to fight the crowds at times. Food from experience isn't so great, some much better places in Malahide to eat.

Fantastic food at reasonable prices. The food was cooked to perfection and the pepper sauce was divine. Well worth a visit.

I visited Gibney's twice during my three weeks in Ireland. The service was wonderful and the food was great. I was traveling with my cousin who had been there two years before and loved Gibney's. She was right! The bacon and cabbage special was excellent!

Visited last night for a quick bite to eat. It is an expensive pub but you would think for all that money you would get working wi-fi. Afraid not. They throng the place out on a regular basis but they just don't seem to care...More

It was fun popping into Gibney’s for a drink. Lots of locals enjoying a few pints and watching rugby or football. The bartenders were friendly and so were the patrons. A fun night!

Yes it is. While I was there I walked from Grand Malahide to the castle every day, since our meeting was in the castle. I highly recommend walking.
