The views from the window, WOW, the food, the atmosphere, the company, perfect. Greeted and made feel very welcome by a lovely lady called Lelde, we were brought to our table and menu explained to us in detail, anything that was recommended to us to...suit our taste, we ordered, everything was beautiful, great chefs, and thankyou to Lelde for making this a very relaxed, lovely evening, we will definitely be back soonMore
Had a fantastic seat overlooking the water.
Bright, clean and tidy restaurant with very friendly staff. The food was delicious.
I have taken one star off since the food was brought to us so quickly. We like to enjoy the atmosphere between courses. Our main...meal came literally 3 mins after starter plates removed. A small
Issue but none the less would have preferred to have been less rushed.
Would certainly return. YumMore
This is now called Sienna ( renamed from Nautilus) Booked this last minute and didn’t know what to expect but needed have worried as it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Malahide for some time. The restaurant has a lovely setting overlooking...the water with a very interesting Italian influenced menu. All the food was absolutely delicious with special mention to the burrata salad. Will definitely be back!More
Have to say I was so disappointed. We loved coming here when it was still called nautilus. It has lost its fine dining feel. We would gwt excited when our amuse bouche would arrive and we always felt like we were eating in a michelin...star restaurant. The food was tasty but didn't compare to the old menu and unfortunately I wouldn't be in a hurry to return. The staff as usual were great very friendly. The staff behind the counter wore shields and the ones directly in contact with customers wore masks and there was Sanitizer around the restaurant which made us feel comfortable that they were covid compliant. I really wish them all the best but can't help but ask/beg them to bring back the old style menuMore
Me and my wife visited Siennas on wednesday the 22nd. First impressions were good, the restaurant looks great and has nice views of the sea. Upon entering we were greeted by the lovely Lelde, who was very welcoming and showed us to our table and...gave us our menus.
From there Lelde and Marisol looked after us so well, helped us with our selection of wine for the evening after we had ordered our food which they also talked us through. All through our evening their service was brilliant.
The food was excellent. Presentation was great, the flavours were on point throughout all our courses and we enjoyed our evening there from start to finish. Special shoutout to the chef who made my burrata-parma ham starter. It was perfectly balanced - great flavours, texture and the portion size was spot on. I had one of the specials for mains, a lamb ragu pasta which also fantastic. All complemented perfectly by a bottle of their albarino.
We'll definitely be back in the near future.More
Now called Sienna's but same owners.
Mussels starter was excellent. My partner had the chicken dish which she enjoyed. I had the sirloin of beef which the chef recommended medium rare which suited my taste but it came medium well done. It was a nice...piece of meat which I enjoyed anyway. One nice chocolate mousse dessert and 2 coffees and bottle of argentian malbec, bill came to €112 which was reasonable for nice meal.
Staff were wearing face shields instead of masks which I found very disconcerting as shields protect the wearer rather than the customer. Medical advice is that face shield wearers should also wear a face mask to protect others.
I would return but only if staff were wearing face masks.More
Absolutely beautiful, had lunch here with my family. The waitress was on her own and under a lot of pressure but never let it impact on her excellent service and incredibly friendly personality! The food was beautiful and the lunch menu is great value. Will...definitely be returningMore
