Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stopped in for the World Cup USA/England game and had a great meal. From Fish and chips, to chicken wings (BEST in Ireland) to shepherds pie. Damien the bartender took care of us and all the other guests. Wonderful spot - don’t pass it...by when visiting Dingle.More

We had ummed and errd about going in whilst looking around during our short stay nearby, and we're so glad we went in. Best food of the entire trip, most of the table had Guinness stew - which by the way was way better than...what we had in the Guinness Storehouse the day before. Mash potato for days - and delicious taytos at that, honestly never had better. I personally had the brie starter which was huge, and then a steak for mains - just as great at the stews. Don't forget to get an Irish coffee here, nearly blew my head off but deliciousness at its finestMore

Dropped in at 830 pm with the streets nearly deserted. 7-8 tables CB occupied, nice and quiet in old time style pub right on the marina. Good standard fare and service. Nothing to rave about but perfectly fine.

Had chowder and fish and chips. The battered fish was probably the best I've ever had- divine- wish I lived closer! Staff helpful and service good despite advert for several staff in window. Will definitely return if in area

This was a fantastic pub and restaurant on the seafront in Dingle. The fish chowder was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend stopping by for a drink or a meal while visiting Dingle.

This is an unassuming pub overlooking the marina in Dingle. Stopped for a quick bite. Sitting outside you can people watch or gaze over the marina. Nothing special about the place except for the food. The BEST ham & cheese toasties I've ever had.... huge,...proper home sliced ham ( think Christmas ham) and lots of it. Absolutely divine. My partner had the Chowder. ( he's an expert at this stage). Said it was the best he ever had. Full of wonderful seafood, creamy & served with fabulous brown bread. Dingle has food for all budgets and tastes but even the most basic is a step above and good value for money.More

We stopped for a late lunch at the recommendation of our driver. Food was excellent. However the waitress missed one of the meals ordered. We all had our food save one Since it is made to order it took another 20 minutes to get his...dish, while the rest of us were pretty much finished ours. There was no apology, and this grated on us as it was clearly her error.More

We ate here earlier today (20th March, 2022). The staff we're very accommodating. I asked for a half portion of the bacon and cabbage which they did for me without any problems. It was also very reasonable. We got a kids meal for our daughters...which was lovely and my husband had soup, absolutely beautiful soup. So delicious. Very nice staff, beautiful food and very reasonably priced 👍More

3 middle aged dudes on a hillwalking trip for a couple nights in dingle in January. We ended up in the Marina as most other places were closed, but have to say it couldn't have been better. We were the last to leave both nights...and got the V.I.P treatment from a great and very accommodating young lady called Aishling, an absolute hero who we tried to bring with us back to kilkenny. The craic, pints, food, music and above all the service were all 5 stars. We'll be back. Thanks AishlingMore
