My friend and I had a quick bite to eat. She had soup. I had chowder. Both served with brown bread. Soup lovely. Chowder creamy.. a little more fish would be nice. Extra brown bread at no extra charge..so that was good. Would come back.

Miserable hole of a place. Lazy staff .Was refused a drink at 11.05 on a Monday night official closing time is 11.30 plus 30 minutes drinking up time. You reap what you sow in this life......
The food here really was good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. One particular member of staff couldn't be bothered to provide a knife and fork and seemed annoyed that I interrupted his chat to get them myself.
