Really delicious and fresh seafood served at this restaurant. Friendly staff, definitely try the scallop that's cooked to perfection! We also really enjoyed the sole fish.

We had a dinner here that was simply wonderful! We liked the food, the service and the drinks. The restaurant is spotless and very comfortably furnished. This restaurant was at the top of our list for dinner while in Dingle and it lived up to...it! Keep in mind that you’ll need reservations; we got our a day ahead but it may not always be that busy.More

I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. The staff was very helpful in selecting dishes and was happy to customize them to accommodate my taste. The food that came out was super delicious from appetizers to desserts. It was my favorite restaurant on my visit to...Ireland!More

This is a smallish but classy restaurant serving admirably fine fish. We had the bouillabaisse and the variety, amount, and sauce flavors were first rate. Recommend highly

Absolutely amazing food as always So fresh and full of flavour Doyles never disappoints! Although the owner lacks in friendliness and has an attitude that shows he clearly doesn't want to be there his staff more than make up for it with their friendly and...helpful personalities. I cant fault the food though which is why I keep going back!More

Having just returned from a 10 day trip to Ireland, I can say that our meal at Doyle’s in Dingle was the best we had the entire trip! We dined there this past Friday evening. We set up our teens in the townhouse we rented...with takeaway and walked over to Doyle’s for a quiet couples dinner. The food was excellent, nice atmosphere, and the staff were super friendly. There were some local folks seated near us, and when they heard our NY accents, they told us that we’d picked the best restaurant in Dingle. For starters my wife had the hot and cold crab salad which was spectacular, and I had a 1/2 dozen of the fresh local Glenbeigh oysters which paired perfectly with my Stag Stout. The bread provided was delicious. Best brown bread we had in Ireland! Soft with a crispy crust. The second type was a garlic and sun dried tomato bread that was incredible. For mains I had the spicy seafood linguine and my wife had the seafood risotto. Both were fantastic! We each enjoyed a glass of wine with our main course. For dessert we ordered Irish Coffees which were perfect! I would highly recommend Doyle’s when in Dingle, especially if you enjoy fresh seafood. ReplyMore

The food in Doyle’s is consistently beyond reproach- testament to the genius of Sean Roche the chef/proprietor. Prawn pil pil and steak - words cannot describe the extent of the taste!!!

I will not rant and rave about this place again. Read my previous write-ups. Nothings changed……it just gets better. This time, a Seafood Linguine aficionado - direct from Turin - accompanied my wife, my daughter and me to a spotlessly clean, perfectly positioned, warm, cosy...restaurant in the heart of Dingles famous gastronomic area. Fabio (my daughters Italian boyfriend) makes his own at home with freshly made pasta and olive oil direct from his uncles olive groves in Italy. His opinion? The same as mine. The best you can get! He also had the Slow Cooked Braised Beef as a starter just to prove that chef isn’t just a one-trick pony. The beef just fell off of the bone. Plentiful and succulent. He was drooling as we all were. You would think that after all this time chef would be growing tired of gastronomic delights. Not Mr Roche. He is inspired, a genius, entrepreneurial, flamboyant, daring and brilliant. Each dish a masterpiece. Each mouthful a delight. Every minute in Doyle’s a paradise. This, coupled with the excellent service from Anthony and the boys in black made for yet another wonderful experience at the hands of my favourite chef. But as I said in my opening paragraph, read my previous reviews. You won’t be disappointed, I promise you. Hats off Sean. You did it again. Can’t wait to get back. Be safe…....More

Went over to Dingle to do some shopping, not thinking we would eat dinner out. But hunger happens…Not much was open on a wintery Tuesday evening at 5:30. We were steered to Doyle’s, bc they were one of the few places open serving seafood. They...took us in even though they had an almost booked house. The staff was warm, friendly, fast and accommodating. To our delight, we experienced one of the best seafood meals we have ever had. And we’ve had a lot! Both off us ordered the same, the mixed seafood pasta. The dish was huge, packed chock full of delicious shrimp, squid, salmon, mussels amongst other local catches. The pasta was perfectly cooked…the sauce had just the right amount of heat with a rich brothy seafood flavor. We both devoured it while constantly remarking how magnificent it was. The price was substantially lower than what we would have paid in Dublin or the US for such a dish. We left incredibly happier than when we sat down. We won’t hesitate to go back and take our friends and family now that we live in the area. Can’t wait to try the other menu items…Well done!More

A top-tier, top class dining experience from start to finish. Little details go a long way and every detail matters here. Staff are excellent, we never had to ask for anything as they were always a step ahead. An extremely welcoming atmosphere. Food was expectedly,...as we remember, to die for. Starters were all a perfect introduction to familiar high standards. Steak was cooked to perfection, (three different preferences) and seafood risotto was the perfect balance of flavour and quantity. Compliments to the Chef! A superb restaurant all-round, stealing the show, as usual in Dingle! Looking forward to our next trip.More

Best Seafood, food and service in Dingle. I have several food allergies and they went above and beyond. We ate at Out of the Blue the second night and although it was good, Doyle’s was superb. Great atmosphere too.
