amazing food! prawns pil pil to die for.....i had the fish stew, really aromatic and flavoursome, our sitting was at 9.15 and at 10 when our mains came out, i asked for chips to have on the side, the waiter told me the fryer was turned off and i couldn't have any!!! why have a sitting at 9.15 if you can't provide the full compliment of sides. this was disappointing 😞 but what we got was fab, pity the kitchen is so rigid.....

WeI recently had the pleasure of dining at Doyle’s Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely fantastic, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

We’re North American’s living on the peninsula for 6 yrs. now. It seems you can return to an establishment over and over again without recognition that u may be a local… if u have an N. American accent. They still stick you in the upstairs room packed with other Americans. This time, with a loud, large U.S. wedding party, wearing napkins on their head and telling jokes over the tables. U’d think there would be a private room for such celebrations?
Having eaten at Doyle’s numerous times in the past 2 yrs, we’ve noticed the price has shockingly gone way up recently. The competition from The Chart House is now gone, so Doyle’s has seemed to fill the upmarket price bracket with 40€ bowls of seafood with over cooked pasta. Not impressed…sadly.

The meal I had in Doyle’s Dingle this evening was horrible. To start the meal we had crab salad and scallops. The scallops were cooked but cold. Our mains were the pan fried Turbot which was okay and the Halibut which was terrible. The fish looked unseasoned and after eating1/3 of it realized it looked raw in the middle. After calling attention to this the staff said they would inform the chef. After that no apologize were given or attempt made to rectify the situation . The customer service alone turned me off a restaurant which is considered fine dining in Dingle. It sadden me and my guest and we will not be returning again. I normally don’t write reviews on my eating experiences. However , the experience was so bad I couldn’t stay quiet on the matter.

Loved this restaurant. Visited here with 6 friends on a walking trip based in dingle.
Platter of oysters as a pre starter, then excellent choice of starters plus all the mains were good all washed down with a lovely muscadet
The signature spicy seafood linguine excellent would recommend

Wonderful warm service from Helena and the team in a beautiful and relaxed setting. We just wanted oysters and a glass of something chilled before heading home for dinner with the family. They accommodated us at short notice, the food was exquisite from the sweetest oysters to the chorizo croquettes, and great wine choices by the glass. Will be back, a fabulous experience.

We were so looking forward to this meal but upon setting foot in the back room of the restaurant we couldn’t get our heads around the choice of decor here. The front of the restaurant is an authentic old style room, and the back is a totally different atmosphere, it made no sense. Pink and grey colouring, plastic flowers, a strip of LED lights under the wall seating, bright over head lights. It was not what we were expecting for a long established fish restaurant in Dingle with higher-end prices. I’d take no issue with the prices if the setting matched. I’m surprised no other reviews mention this! Service was okay, again not of the standard we had expected. Food was great apart from steak that was undercooked. We were never going to be able to enjoy our food to the fullest extent when the setting was such a let down.

Three of us including my 5 year old son were welcomed in for dinner last minute, one of the best dishes we had in Ireland (slow cooked beef, black pudding was no.1) and mango fish tacos, followed by delicious seafood stew (excellent). Lady was so friendly and good with my son and generally a welcoming atmosphere. Would go back tomorrow!

I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. The staff was very helpful in selecting dishes and was happy to customize them to accommodate my taste. The food that came out was super delicious from appetizers to desserts. It was my favorite restaurant on my visit to Ireland!

Having just returned from a 10 day trip to Ireland, I can say that our meal at Doyle’s in Dingle was the best we had the entire trip!
We dined there this past Friday evening. We set up our teens in the townhouse we rented with takeaway and walked over to Doyle’s for a quiet couples dinner.
The food was excellent, nice atmosphere, and the staff were super friendly.
There were some local folks seated near us, and when they heard our NY accents, they told us that we’d picked the best restaurant in Dingle.
For starters my wife had the hot and cold crab salad which was spectacular, and I had a 1/2 dozen of the fresh local Glenbeigh oysters which paired perfectly with my Stag Stout. The bread provided was delicious. Best brown bread we had in Ireland! Soft with a crispy crust. The second type was a garlic and sun dried tomato bread that was incredible.
For mains I had the spicy seafood linguine and my wife had the seafood risotto. Both were fantastic! We each enjoyed a glass of wine with our main course.
For dessert we ordered Irish Coffees which were perfect!
I would highly recommend Doyle’s when in Dingle, especially if you enjoy fresh seafood.

This was highly recommended by friends and it didn't disappoint. We were four couples traveling Ireland and wanted a table for 8. The only time spot was for 8:15 which we understood and were happy to get it. So after an hour of local pub cocktails (Guinness and Red Breast) we were seated. The service and atmosphere was top notch...they know seafood. We had a mixture of small plates and main course. The Spanish style Dingle Bay Stew was wonderful...full of tasty seafood. The Black Sole on the Bone was done perfectly. Their wine choices are adequate and reasonable priced. We were not rushed through dinner and ended up ordering two Sticky Toffee Puddings for desert...with 8 spoons! Consensus was we should have ordered 8! A fun evening with great food and welcoming atmosphere.

Last night for my wife and me in County Kerry after a great week. We booked a reservation at Doyle’s online the night before and we were so glad we did. The food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding. We started with a sample of fresh and grilled oysters that were both exhilarating. My wife had the spicy seafood linguine and I had the seafood risotto. Both so good! We split the sticky toffee pudding for dessert, a perfect way to complete a great night of dining. Highly recommend booking your reservation when you are in Dingle. The restaurant is warm and friendly. A delight!

A reputable restaurant or Reservation is apparently mandatory (possible online on their website). Smiling welcome. Beautiful map with original proposals. We had a seafood risotto and seafood linguines and the linguines were excellent (with crab claws, langoustine, several fish). The risotto is not a risotto. It is a rice stew. Very good and hearty but unrelated to what rice cooking should be for risotto. Good wines by the glass. Irish whiskey tasting possible instead of dessert or after. A good address in the center of Dingle.
