This ice cream is supposed to be great but it isn't! Very sweet & expensive, would skip it next time.

Absolutely wonderful ice cream in a fantastic village. Very original flavors that are freshly prepared.

We vowed to follow dinner and a concert with ice cream from Murphy’s. The owner was kind enough to let us in a minute after closing because we wanted our order to go. Well worth the stop. Dreamy good!

The ice cream is good but for the price we paid I expected mind blowing! The staff are friendly and there is a good choice of flavours

Ice cream quality and taste .. good enough (not superb) BUT they price their ice cream like it was gold (therefore rating is poor). 5euro for a small = 2 tablespoons = not worth it = don't be fooled!! Come on Murphy's ... don't rip...More

High quality ice cream, unique flavors and inventive special offerings. The staff was eager to let you sample any flavor that caught your fancy and the salted caramel whipped cream should come with a warning as being addictive. Great place for a treat

Ice cream shop. Multiple locations in Dublin, Galway and Dingle. Very good local ice cream. Went to all three locations and enjoyed each time. Good service and after dinner treat.

Had some of the best ice cream ever at Murphy's. The boys were so helpful and entertaining as well. Lots of different flavours.

Murphy's might translate well in a larger urban Irish community such as Boston or NYC. West coast not so much. It's fine ice-cream, but there are many exceptional ice cream shops locally.

Hi, Fred. Afraid not, although a larger size is relatively cheaper - i.e. a large has more ice cream for the price - so maybe get a larger size and share? Best, K
