We visited in April. In the cold. And rain. And we still got ice cream... So there is no excuse for you to not go! Our flavor combo of choice? White chocolate with strawberry.

I love ice cream, especially those with high-quality ingredients you can taste. I sampled every flavor at Murphy's (a couple of times) and all are delicious. The staff is super nice and the stores are clean and interesting. I especially LOVED their Dingle Salt flavor,...More

We stopped by while doing the Dingle peninsula after reading about them in a guidebook and we were not disappointed! Fantastic flavors that they’re anxious to give you samples of, and extremely friendly staff. Try the Irish Sea Salt!

Lots of flavours to try. Server allowed to try before you buy. Not the cheapest €6 for 2 choices in pot. Very tasty. Coffee and Raspberry sorbet yummy. Well worth a try on a warm day

Good quality ice cream but unfortunately the owners have decided that every customer Dingle is a tourist and is ripping people off at €12 for two scoops for two people. Never had ice cream this expensive anywhere in the world. Owners are more interested in...More

Hi there, Richard Thanks for stopping in and for your feedback. We LOVE people from Dingle and our many visitors both regular and otherwise. The people were the main reason we moved here! I'm so sorry you don't find our ice cream to be good...More

Far too over priced, although the ice cream is the best you can get, it's just not worth the money, also the staff are way overboard with the American style of everything is fantastic, a bit more Irish is needed!

Great idea. Their ice cream is wonderful and we always look forward to it when in Dingle. Hopefully Kieran will create a loyalty card or even better loyalty app! I think that could be very successful for Murphy’s.

Murphy's might translate well in a larger urban Irish community such as Boston or NYC. West coast not so much. It's fine ice-cream, but there are many exceptional ice cream shops locally.

Hi, Fred. Afraid not, although a larger size is relatively cheaper - i.e. a large has more ice cream for the price - so maybe get a larger size and share? Best, K
