Small cafe in a back lane, Very good for dietary requirement e.g. Gluten, vegan etc but portions are small, food and drink are pricey for what you get and service was slow when I visited. I only had tea and cake.

I called here with a family member as I had previously tried their soup. We opted for the butternut squash kale and broccoli soup which comes with bread. We also had two coffees. The price was reasonable at just over £15 for the food and drinks. The soup was clearly homemade. I would definitely call here again.

I frequent the cafe regularly for food and drinks. It's an excellent space for relaxing, reading and socialising. Helen and her team provide a welcoming space, making you feel at home. It's good, I particularly like the story time

I visited a friend here for lunch and ended up staying for 3 hours! The food was very good (I had the kale, broccoli and apple soup whilst my friend had the cawl). We also had two lots of drinks and two chocolate brownies during our visit. The total came to just over £20 which I thought was very reasonable... More

Love this place. Fab vegan options and lots of healthy and not so very healthy buy still very Lucious options. Started off with a Green matcha booting juice. Then had had lovely vegan curry followed by a scrumptious wholemeal scone. #yum

I have been here several times and enjoyed every occasion. Staff very friendly and helpful. Vegetarian/Vegan and Gluten free. Pleasant background music and comfy sofas. Spent a couple of hours reading with no pressure to leave or buy anything more from the menu. Interesting clientele. Nothing to fault really. It is what it is.

Devious vegan food, plenty of choice. Excellent service and great environment. You have to visit to experience what I mean. Bit pricey but good quality.

We are a lovely organic vegetarian cafe with lots of gluten free and vegan options. The coffees, teas and smoothies are delicious and plentiful and you can enjoy free WiFi and relax in the friendly atmosphere. We're even licensed if you want to indulge in a glass of organic wine, cider or ale with lunch.

We will be closed on Mondays throughout January, February & March (excet half term) but open 8.30-5 Tuesday-Saturday with food served until about 4.30 (though you can probably still grab a cake or raw bite after that)

We also have wonderful live music once a month at our Open Mic Night last Thursday of every month - see the page for other events too... Currently we have Storytelling every second Tuesday, Merlin's Magic Cafe every first thursday night, Chess Cafe & Knit & Natter Thursday afternoons plus a host of one-off events.

We hope you will come join us soon!
