Hi Brian, Our vegan breakfast is sauteed spinach, mushrooms & onion with grilled tomato served on toasted soda farl. For lunch, you can have a baguette, bagel, toastie or wrap made up (none of these breads contain egg or dairy). We also have two vegan flatbreads available: The Floyd (Spinach, mushrooms, roasted peppers, onion) The Zappa (Confit tomatoes, fennel jam, marinated olives, garlic oil) Our soup of the day is always vegan and is served with our own, homemade sourdough bread, also vegan. Any of our salads can be adapted to suit any dietary requirement (personally, I recommend the asparagus & broccoli one which you could have without the poached egg). On our evening tapas menu, we have: Esparragos y cebolletas (chargrilled asparagus & baby leeks in garlic oil) Judias verdes con almendras (sauteed green beans with almonds & olive oil) Calabacines rellenos (courgette stuffed with braised rice & vegetables) Garbanzada (slow cooked chickpea stew) Pan duo (selection of breads served with olive oil & homemade mojo rojo) Papas arrugadas con mojo (salt wrinkled baby potatoes in olive oil & mojo) Patatas bravas (crispy potato cubes sauteed in spicy tomato salsa) The flatbreads are also available in the evening time.
