A Sernaglia (little village near Treviso and 50 km from Venice) along the Prosecco road to Farra di Soligo, Trattoria Free from natural fit in the typical landscape of the headquarters of the Piave river. A cuisine of genuine products and local tastes, where you feel the strong tradition of the "Antica Gastronomia Veneta", with plenty of inspiration and the ability to renew itself constantly. The menu, featuring seasonal cycles, we prepare every day homemade pasta and with a wide assortment of meats cooked on the grill. Rich selection of wines with more than 850 different labels available. Additional carefully cultivated, the green immediately adjacent to the local, almost a hundred different types of aromatic herbs, then used artfully by the chef to enrich and renew, respect always the tradition, the typical regional dishes. Open daily (Weekly closure monday) with service at midday, and open in the evening on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays ,on other days by reservation.
He does not like to be called a 'chef' but he is... if you want to dine at a comparable restaurant in New York, you have to spend at least 5, 6 times more, and the service/presentarion will never be up to par.
