Good selection of Veggie and vegan food on the menu. Good range of drinks too. Love the health shop below. Only suggestion is to have more 'comfy' seating to create a nicer ambience

My girlfriend is veggie so we always head here when we are in Truro visiting Cornwall - can't recommend it enough. Great place to spend time and even better food. Don't miss it.

Our first visit to Truro for some years and whilst wandering around came across this amazing veggie/vegan cafe and shop. Had excellent coffee and cake srved ;by friendly welcoming staff.

Zingy ginger juice followed by delicious quiche of the day with salad was spot on. Salad came dressed and full of interesting veg and seeds- lots of texture and flavours, while the quiche had a perfect crisp base, plenty of filling and was really tasty....More
