We just called in for food on a Sunday lunch time and ended up staying the whole afternoon. The atmosphere was really nice and the whole place felt relaxed. Yes it is going through refurbishment but the dining room and the food was really good. The staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed the afternoon. I would definitely recommend... More

Having visited Devils Bridge previous I was always like Agee to try the restaurant. I can say I was not disappointed. The staff member was very helpful and informed us of some history of the hotel. My partner had the burger which I have to say was jealous while I had the lamb. All the food looked authentically home made... More

Its not cheap pub grub, but good quality dining. This is reflected in the price, but its a nice treat for a dinner. Food is good and fresh, served quickly despite being busy. Friendly staff, in clean surroundings.

Booked for a late Valentine Weekend. I feel that maybe we should of been advised that the hotel was under major refurbishment ?? Stepping over builders to get to our room on arrival?? I don't know if we were just unlucky...3 false fire alarms very early Saturday morning, no hot water on 2 occasions??...considering we were only there for 2... More

We visited here after climbing the 675 steps at devil falls. Lovely decor and really friendly service. Excellent food and warm atmosphere. Just what you need when you've climbed all those steps!

We stayed at the Hafod Hotel in December 2016 - we had a fabulous weekend, the food was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel bar and restaurant has been refurbished to a very high standard with a colonial feel and a cosy log fire. The views and walking is excellent in the area - well worth a... More

We are locals and so pleased to see that Devils Bridge Hotel has got a new lease of life. The bar used to be a cold empty place, but now it is busy and much more welcoming. However, it's not quite there yet. After much work it's getting there...but not cheap, it appears understaffed and the food not quite up... More

Booked for Sunday lunch today before reading some of the not so good reviews on here so was a bit apprehensive- we arrived late, given a choice of eating in the bar area which was very busy or the dining room. Chose dining room which is obviously being refurbished. Food was excellent, starters and the main (we all had lamb)... More
