Wow! What a find this restaurant is; probably the best restaurant in the area and deserving of a Michelin star! The menu is creative and extensive. The food is innovative with a strong emphasis on local produce and using the best local suppliers. The chef/patron...is passionate and is keen to explain the dishes and check that your meal is enjoyable. The service is impeccable and the house wine is a decent vin de pays charentais. Avoid the tourist menus on the beach and eat quality fayre here.More
