Beautiful facility with a gracious host. Nice selection of appetizers and entrees. Good service while being COVID conscious. Snapper was a generous filet excellently prepared. Shrimp cocktail was generous.

amazing food

We were staying at Luna Azul so lucky enough to eat here on two out of the three evenings. The food is superb and the menu changes nightly. The dishes are ample so we shared a starter. The wine list is also very good. Do...not miss if staying in the areaMore

What a Wonderful Dinner

We had dinner here for my daughter’s 24th birthday. Awesome food and great service in an amazing open-air setting. Just what I was hoping for on this special occasion.

Excellent venue with relaxing surroundings and great food. We had soup, shrimp cocktail and cargo with lemon and dill sauce. I thought the food tasted super fresh with clean presentation and very good service.Kudos to the owners and staff for making a pleasant meal in...the dry tropical forest. Delicious Dinner

What a great experience! From the view, to the board menu, to the salad, to the main course! Our waiter Roberto was friendly and awesome and did a great job explaining the menu in English. The shrimp was delicious as well as the red snapper....Cooked to perfection.More

Excellent food options, great service, and a nice view.

They had daily changes to the dinner menu and each day I felt like I was impressed a little more each day. From salads, seafood, to steak each dish felt like each dish was prepared with care. I loved the grilled shrimp salad I had...one evening along with the creme brulee. Just the freshness of food, the great care from the staff and the beautiful view are a few reasons to check out Luna Azul Restaraunt.More

Fine Dining

This is the best restaurant in Guanacaste! I'm vegan and although this is not a vegan/vegetarian restaurant, they accommodated my dietary needs without hesitation. Their greek salad (I skipped the cheese) makes me salivate just thinking about it. Actually ALL the salads are remarkable and...full of fresh, locally sourced, delicious and uniquely arranged fare. Great Atmosphere and Delicious Food

Property is exclusive and stunning! Recommend going for the sunset views. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and service was top notch. While the menu may be small, it is only because they perfected each dish. I had the shrimp, avocado & mango salad....It was absolutely amazing!More
