I had a business lunch here and ate caviar and sturgeon. Everything was very good and well presented. Staff was professional and informative. Suggested.

We had the pleasure of dining here with a mixed group of adults and children. Michelin starred restaurants are not renowned for dealing with children, but in the case the staff were uniformly confident and at ease. The food was lovely: if anything erring to "too much" rather than too little. The asparagus risotto is probably the best I have... More

Whatever you taste here in this place is amazing. Especially their risotto with asparagus is a legend. On the other hand the presentation and the service are very special. Go and taste something really Italian...

The look is formal like a Michelin star. We took a fixed menu. The restaurant is very flexible with diet wishes. The staff is nice and correct. The don't speak very good English but they go out of there way to communicate and try to explain the card and dishes. I can recommend it and you should all go. Price... More

In the foggy Po valley there is a restaurant that carries on the tradition with delicious dishes . If you choose the menu of the day the cost is not excessive , there are 40 seats and the atmosphere is warm and attentive service . Book early and you will always have good memories of this place , as I... More

I don't really get how this place is well rated. I get it, the staff is dell dressed and there is silverware. However, the food servings are small, eye pleasing but really nothing special. Just go to any other restaurant that serves traditional food for 1/4 the price. Won't go again.

Al gambero is a well hidden treasure in the lovely little town Calvisano. Highly recommended by our last busnissappointment we went with big expactations and the advice to try the outstanding risotto and local caviar. Upon arriving you feel yourself in a warm bath of hospitality and serenity. Starting of with a delicate gewurztraminer, ( and a very fashionable waiter... More
