Everything in this place is wonderful: the food, the view and the staff. I will not give too much details, it would spoil the experience. Just go and enjoy, I am sure you will. And do not forget to order the choco mundo.
We liked this small family restaurant in the beautiful hills near Armeno and Lake Orta so much, we visited twice during our short holiday in the area. (Honestly, had we found it earlier in the holiday, we would have visited a third time!)
Our meals...were very high-quality, the atmosphere was relaxed, the setting was calming, and the service was friendly - everything I want on a family holiday.
All the dishes we chose were tasty, well-presented and value-for-money. If pushed to recommend one dish only, I'd go with the chocolate globe - no matter how much you indulged in the previous courses, you should order this!More
Una location di una bellezza naturale straordinaria.
La cucina di Samuele e la gentilezza di Laura renderanno la vostra esperienza davvero piacevole.
Such an Amazing Location fully sourrended by the beauty of Local nature .
Chef Samuele with lovely food and his wife Laura with...her kindness will create the right atmosphere for your great experience.
The restaurant is in a quaint village on the hills surrounding Lake Orta. It's a cozy place with a main room that hosts about 25 people and a patio. The main room is tastefully decorated and you can admire the old fireplace and wood beam...ceiling.
The menu is skillfully composed by the two owners and dishes rotates regularly. Everything we had was really good, I especially liked the spaghetti with the trout.
If you saved some room for dessert, the chocolate globe is your choice.
The wine list features some great local wines.
Parking is not a problem and they will greet you with a huge smile. The drive up there is worth every mile!More
