We went there for a Bday dinner and everything was perfect: nice service, good food, coffe, dessert, digestives... Only 'but' would be wine list, which was a bit too overpriced.

We went here for hubby's birthday. Had cocktails in the bar first, then ate at the 9pm seating. The meal was delicious and wine was also very good (a good selection of local wines). Would return for a special occasion

Warm reception and careful service. Indeed very good food, and a nice wine selection to go with. The evenings we were there, there were not many people, so we enjoyed the quiet ambiance.

We had lunch there and we have very happy with the quality of food, very fresh, light and a pleasure for the eyes also. The menu lists some very classical choices but also some specials from the Chef which are not ordinary and create some good surprise. So everybody can be happy: the "no risk" people and those who like... More

A good hotel with a great roomy and modern restaurant. The steaks are good but it is a bit pricey. Located centrally too.

The Brasserie Le V, The Hotel Vanessa’s restaurant, is, by any standards world-wide, a SERIOUSLY good, nice, comfy & relaxed restaurant. It now feels just GREAT - much better than it did only a year or two ago. The food: Mmmm - TERRIFIC … especially the Os a la Moelle and the Velouté de Courge, then the Joues de Boef... More

Food was delicious and service was mostly friendly, but as soon as we had finished our desserts they brought us the bill and told us they need our table for new customers. We still had coffee and tea in our cups! This is no way to end a dinner at a fancy restaurant.

This is the best restaurant in Verbier. The staff are professional and friendly, the atmosphere comfortable and buzzy. The menu is varied and well balanced and the food is delicious.. Start off your evening in the bar for cocktails to soak up the unpretentious relaxing atmosphere of Hotel Vanessa and the Brasserie Le V

Quite simply excellent food and excellent staff. Go! The menu is quite small but carefully balanced. The food is delicious and the restaurant staff are professional and friendly. Normal Verbier prices (expensive).

The place is beautiful, the bar was lively on that night and the food and wine were great. We spent a great night with friends and family. It is not cheap but this is not a surprise being in Verbier!
