Had two great lunches here last week. Lovely sunny piste side terrace, delicious food and our extremely efficient David was the 'icing on the cake'. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stopped here mid ski for lunch. Fabulous views had soup and fries, great food, very busy at lunch service a little slow, typical Swiss prices. Would go back.

I love this place and we had two great meals here this time in our annual week's skiing in Champery. The food is great - lasagne is always a big hit and their steak tartar is the best I have ever eaten. The staff are so friendly too. One year until we go back!

I have been coming here for nearly 10 years and the quality never fails. Delicious home cooked food, excellent service, the staff remember me and are always welcoming as well as highly efficient when it is busy. If you are skiing in les Crosets, Le Toupin is a must.

You must try the local dish, Croute, I had the full works, bread base soaked in wine with bacon, cheese and an egg on top. A great lunch, very filling.

We keep coming back to this piste-side restaurant close to the French border just below the Wall chair. The service is friendly and efficient and the food always freshly cooked and delicious. When it is cold outside, there is usually a roaring fire inside. This is the place the Swiss lift operators come and eat at - which suggests that... More

We stopped for lunch on a snowy day. I think we were a little on the late side as we were literally the only people dining. The fondue was incredible and mulled wine pretty delicious too! We sat right by the fire which was very romantic.

Great food and nice ambiance. With children little flexibility though. We ordered the cheese fondue for 3, yet they would only serve for 4 (2 portions minimum) which is really over the top for 3 children. Too bad because if not for such a over-commercial attitude it could have been a 5 star.

Friendly welcome and great service, this is a favourite. Sit outside and enjoy fab views of the slopes or inside by the fire: either way, the food is good, the daily plat du jour or suggestions well priced, and it is a joy to come here with friends.

Le Toupin is one if the best restaurant in les Portes du Soleil. Sunny terrasse and beautiful view. Excellent service, good food and wine. The menu includes various salads in small or large size, soups, typical Swiss plates, good meat and tartare, menu of the day and excellent desserts. Try the tarte Tatin or the tart of the day!
