Recommended by a vintner on the Rue de Corniche, we all enjoyed our dinner and local wine. The restaurant is on the "main" road, and we sat outside to enjoy the weather ... the location is nothing special. 5 of us tried different selections, and we each thought we had ordered the best entree:) Having just arrived from Spain, we... In April in the alps you are struggling for places to go. This place was a welcome oasis for a drink after skiing. Thorough recommend due to the level of service and the welcoming greeting.

We went to le Nord on a saturday night when it was very busy and we were lucky to get a table. Unfortunately after that sucess the evening went a bit downhill. We orderd the fondue but were rather surprised that when it arrived it was only accompanied by 5 slices of bread - no salad or ham, cornichons which... More

Le Nord is always busy, so make sure you make reservations, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. We have been here several times and were never disappointed. However, this last visit it seemed as if Le Nord has had it best time. The pub-style decor of the restaurant is nice, however the menu has been virtually the same for years and... More

Myself and 2 friends enjoyed a lovely fondue and wine. Good friendly service. Very popular place I would advice booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Very busy. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Service was excellent, food exceptional. Caters for all ages. Substantial choice in the menu. A perfect stop.

This restaurant serves great local and traditional food. As we were a large group, we were offered our own room upstairs. The room was nice but hard for the staff to be attentive. Service was quite slow.

If judging a place for its food and service on New Year's Eve would usually be unfair, in this case I am confident doing it because Le Nord did such a great job , that I want to go back on a normal day. Because of the evening, the menu was set, but there wasn't any attempt to make it... More

Really good Rosti and amazing burgers for lunch. We were welcomed and looked after superbly. Highly recommend, just leave room and pop to Alti then for your supper

It had been several years ago that we visited Le Nord, but must say that the restaurant has improved a lot. We think the owners have changed (very nice and friendly people now). The menu serves fine traditional Swiss cuisine as well as modern alternatives (eg burgers) with a Swiss flavor (Swiss cheese / dried meat). The delivery is fast.... More
