We really enjoyed a sunday lunch takeaway from the Crossbar a couple of weeks ago- each of us had a different meal and we all loved what we had - can't wait to try it when it reopens fully and we will have another takeaway...from you soon. Thank you for a great service and fantastic foodMore

Really tasty sunday lunch in takeaway boxes. Everything tasted good...veg beautifully cooked. Beef was tender and stuffed chicken was moist and perfect. Very generous portions...even have some left for supper. Lily and James

Came for dinner again last night and what a lovely warm and welcoming pub this is. Our meal was perfect sharing garlic mushrooms to start and then following with a Chicken Kiev for me (lots of lovely garlic butter - no skimping here) and Texan...Chicken for my hubby which he said was delicious and it looked it too. As always great service with a smile and a kind word and nothing too much trouble. Absolutely 5 star all round.More

Lovely roast dinner, lots of meat, could have done with extra roasties as potatoes make the meal, both trips have been great apart from that

You will need to book direct with The Crossbar or on line. We just did a review. Excellent choice by the way. Enjoy your meal and show. Sorry for the delay in replying - just couldn't get a signal last night. J & J
