This restaurant is in the main square of Arras in the basement, with a bar upstairs, and is quite quirky and fun, very good atmosphere on a busy Friday night. Food was good with a range to suit everyone, I stuck with traditional stuff (steak, chicken and rib combo) and another of my group tells me that the snails were... More

This restaurant is in the centre of arras in the basements, they serve suburb ribs, not covered in barbecue sauce like they are in uk, but nicely seasoned and very tender.

Called in late on a Saturday afternoon. Went for the steak. Looks like they know what they are doing. Swift, professional service. Excellent value for money.

We called here because it was convenient for the famous Christmas Market. The food was okay, but nothing special. Staff were polite, but their demeanour was perfunctory Staff interaction was restricted to the process of ordering a meal and no real effort was made to engage with the customer to make them feel welcome. We are here for four days... More

Called in on the off chance of a meal last sunday late lunchtime. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Cellar bar location Very pleasant. Had a two course option - main course and dessert. Very pleasant ambiance and good selection on the menu. Appear to specialise in Ribs but I went with a steak which was very pleasing. My wife had... More

This place has a unique setup and has some quirky items hanging off the walls. And it is located in a great location. That said, as for the food out of the kitchen, it was very basic and not a show stopper. It was recommended by a hotel staff member when we asked for good french food. It certainly did... More

I really like places that focus on doing a few things really well rather that try and be all things to all men. The only reason to go to this place is for the ribs - and they are brilliant. To be honest what comes with them isn't necessarily great but frankly, who cares? The ribs are perfectly cooked, there... More

For ribs lovers, le St Germain is the place to be in Arras: It's delicious, and so is their beef. Desserts are homecooked and they taste wonderful. carpaccio and chocolate mousse are "all you can eat", which is a great deal and they offer takeaway meals too. We've had the great pleasure to be welcomed by an extremely friendly waiter... More

In my opinion this place is a little overrated. I cant say they serve the best ribs either. I've had better before. But it isnt bad either. The staff were friendly, prices were ok and the place was decorated pretty. It had a nice atmosphere to it.
