Beautiful place! Sat on the stunning terrace with very attentive staff especially Isla she was fabulous and had perfect English which was great for me. It is definitely a fancy affair, which was nice for a one off during my trip. Each course was delicious,...the wines also. We were a group on Chefs Table apprehensive about what to expect as our friends and their friends in Beziers had never heard of it.We were quickly reassured by meeting the maitre d’ who had spent 3 years in the Connaught and the chef who...worked in the Dorchester. I have to add that it is run by the family and Dad is a Michelin starred chef and Mum delightfully gave us all a lovely glass of champagne at the end of the meal We were not disappointed.Make sure if you are dining you have had a light lunch. There were so many highlights but the best dish I have ever had was a single oyster in oyster jelly and oyster carpaccio.More
