This is a pleasant establishment across from the war memorial park. We had a nice meal on a cold evening. The service was very good. The menu has a nice selection of local cuisine and will appeal to a broad range of travelers.

Fair to middling. Very helpful staff but dishes are not that good. They tend to be good helpings but not very appetising.

Having visited the busy Saturday market we ( 3 adults) chose this restaurant for lunch. We had a starter and main course each. The portions were generous and well presented. The service was good as was the food. We arrived just before noon and sat on the terrace , just as well as the restaurant was soon full. An enjoyable... More

This is a fabulous little restaurant located on the outer edge of town. There are a selection of 3 course set menus or you can choose from the a la carte menu. All meals are reasonably priced. My husband and I chose one of the set menus and were very satisfied with our choice. The dining experience was enhanced by... More

Choose this place as it was just on the edge of the very touristy old and looked like good value. We choose a starter and main from the specials board for 13 euros, a pitcher of house wine and a coffee each brought the bill to 34 euro's. Wine was a local Bergerac and excellent for the price, the duck... More

On our first night in Sarlat we chose Le Clos because the terrace looked great with a good decor. It was our lucky night because the food was excellent, the waiter was cheerful and friendly, plus he spoke good English We had a carafe of the house rose which was very good and cost a lot less than the taste... We had a quick lunch in this restaurant and enjoyed the local cuisine. We were short on time as had to get back to our coach and made the staff aware of this and they served us quite quickly. The food is not for slimming as a lot is based on duck but worth a try.

This restaurant recently revamped its menu to include selection of ever-popular "burgers". In addition to the traditional ground beef burger, they offer duck, fresh fish, and vegetarian. Picked this late on a Sunday night when there wasn't much else open and were pleasantly surprised. Sampled the beef burger and the duck, and both were very good and not too expensive.... More
