Booked a table for lunch, cafe wasn't very busy. Staff were friendly and didn't mind us moving from where they had reserved us a table. Ordered a platter for 2. It was huge and had a great selection of cheese, salmon, salami, pickles, dips, fruits and plenty of bread. Very impressed for $29. Would love to return and spend a... More

We had lunch at Moutere Hills as part of a Wine Tour. Our guide highly recommended the Share plate of Local foods including cheeses, meats , bread and local chutney & olives. The plate was generous in serve & delicious . Highly recommend a taste of local cheese - outstanding. Great value for money in a pleasant garden location.

Had the platter , way to much bread on the plate and there was far to much salt on everything incld the bread, have been going here for many summers, this time was just not as good as others, still a lovely postion with the view, but nicer platters to be had closer to town.

We visited on a Friday evening and enjoyed listening to the sous chef singing to his guitar. The music was very pleasant background, which we enjoyed while being able to chat amongst ourselves. The food choices were not very extensive (as expected in a reasonably initmate venue) but we thoroughly enjoyed our choices. Their wine was pretty good and there... More

We were staying at the farmstay nearby and went over to enjoy a wine before going back home for dinner. The three beer choice was excellent and the pinot gris was superb. Music in the bar and the outside views from way up in the vineyard helped to make this a wonderful outside experience. The staff were friendly and we... More

Beautifully situated vineyard cafe/restaurant serving a limited number of freshly cooked dishes, we had the market fish with the above. The pork ribs looked amazing! Wine from the vineyard was reasonably priced.

We were here for wine tasting only. We had to pay for tasting $5 for 5 wines or $8 for 8 wines, then when you bought a bottle you wouldn't have to pay for the tasting.
