We enjoyed a simply lovely room in a cottage style terrace in the grounds. The relatively sparsely furnished room was modern with a nicely equipped large shower room. The fittings were modern and all worked extremely well. The hotel is in a traditional chateau type...building, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is any trouble whatsoever. The restaurant is of a reasonable to highish standard good quality food beautifully served and elegantly cooked. The terrace one these hot days was exquisite. Breakfast served on the dining room was self service, we elected to have a small petit dejeuner of French bread, coffee a mix of croissants, pain chocolate and pain raisins. A fruit juice and all was perfect. All in all a super Hotel and Restaurant well managed and very friendly. We shall return.More

If you are looking for heaven on earth, this place comes as close as it gets. Wonderfully situated in the French countryside, a gorgeous chateau and cottages make up the the hotel. The grounds are outstanding and the restaurant offers the most unique and well...prepared and presented dishes. Do not miss a swim in the pool, overlooking the French countryside and the chateau. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the staff was very accommodating, friendly and courteous. We will be back for sure.More

Stayed 2 nights on bike tour of the Loire Valley. Food was wonderful and servers were friendly and professional without blinking an eye at my grade 12 French. Hotel staff went out of their way to make us comfortable despite the rainy weather.

We spend 1 night in this hotel as we were touring the area. The grounds was magnificent especially early in the morning when the air was cool and the valleys misty. Good place to relax and recharge. The room was a little small but comfortable...and sufficient. The bathroom and toilet were clean and toiletries supplied. Hope we can come again and perhaps spend a little more timeMore

We stopped for lunch en route from Bordeaux to Paris as it was the only decent restaurant in the area that was open on Mondays. We we charmed and delighted--the terrace overlooking the pool is lovely, the service is impeccable and the food was excellent....There are several menus to choose from, including a very reasonable 36 euro menu that includes two glasses of wine. We had a cold cucumber soup with smoked goat cheese, an excellent Challans chicken with polenta, an asparagus starter and a shrimp dish. All were very good and were elegantly served on lovely plates. The only negative about the restaurant is that it is not dog friendly, but they allow you to sit on the terrace at a table towards the edge if you show up (as we did) with a pet. We would go back.More

The food is exquisitely prepared and presented. The service was impeccable and helpful. The waiters knowledgeable without being pretentious. We dined outside, the evening being warm and the surroundings pleasant. The wine list was both impressive and sufficiently extensive and of good quality. The bill...commensurate with the serving and quality was not at all a surprise. Well done!More

My husband and I came here whilst staying locally - it’s a beautiful chateau in an idyllic setting. It’s picture perfect. We booked our reservation online which was very easy. We arrived on time for our meal and we had an aperitif and were served...some beautiful amuse bouches. Dinner was on the terrace below with stunning views across the valley. The meal it’s self was delicious. We enjoyed every part. The marinated beef was super. Our meal was €230 but we had 4 courses each plus champagne and a decent bottle of wine. We were celebrating as we had got married a few days prior but was worth every cent as we enjoyed it so much. Thanks so muchMore

The castle grounds are beautiful. The rooms are fantastic (stayed in the turret). The staff is kind and efficient. The hotel surpasses even the Waldorf in Key West (another review on that as well). I highly recommend this chateau. One is NOT disappointed. ❤️🇫🇷
