Great location for apres ski. Comfy seats and heaters outside. We had beers and sausage and chips here and it was great.

Had two meals there in the past couple of days: quick lunch with the kids and quick dinner as well just for two of us. It is a Bistro and Bar, but don't get confused: it delivers very high quality food with amazingly prompt service. Pasta and soup are their speciality. Everything was very tasty and fresh. The value is... More

We ate twice at La Stua. First time was for lunch on a ski day - service was quick and price fair given it is in Selva (we had a soup and some pasta). We returned later in the week for diner. We were lucky enough to be there during a live band evening - Full Band. Food was great... More

Went to the place everyday whilst we were in val Gardena! Upstairs offers heated outdoor lounges to chill out and enjoy the views. Inside is quiet lively. Drinks are good value and food is too! Recommend for sure after a day on the slopes!

Food • carbonara was outstanding - very al dente • salad was generous • banana milkshake with chocolate syrup was outstanding (real thick chocolate syrup, not bottled stuff) Very reasonably priced - cost us 25 euro for 2 with drinks Serving staff were friendly courteous and efficient

The place to be for apres ski! Busy and lively bar with plenty of drinks choices to suit all. I was surprised and delighted they had my favourite peach schnapps with grapefruit juice. The bombardinos look amazing but after a few sips can become quite sickly sweet. The DJ was accommodating with our english requests which got the table singing... More

This is a good place to go after a day's skiing. It has a relaxed atmosphere, and is near the bus stop for getting back to the hotel afterwards. The service is very friendly and the waiters are pretty quick to bring orders. Definitely worth a visit.

La Stua is one of those lucky places where throngs of people are always hanging around. It could be its easy going and bubbly atmosphere, the total lack of formality, where even dogs could be seen inside nearby their owners, the live music (on Tuesdays.,Thursdays and Saturdays) and/or the tasty bar food served at very reasonable prices. Personally attribute its... More

Right at the bottom of the main ski finish points and along with large outdoor space means this is the go to apres bar in Selva for a mainly older clientele. Nice inside also but slightly prefer Kronestube around the corner which has a more family run and authentic feel to it. Stau also gets busy quickly.

Selva is not like Ischgl or St. Anton, the afterskiing is more quit and that counts also for La Stua. The place is nice, the people coming there is 40+, the drinks are good and the waiters very service orientet. One of the best places for a drink on the way home from skiing. There is also a outdoor terraces... More
