Traditional, vegetarian and gluten free cuisine. Dinners at km 0 among the hills of San Vincenzo, with a wonderful sea-view. The small restaurant, sober and elegant, is designed for those who wish to taste typical dishes of this area of Tuscany. Recipes designed to satisfy a celiac, vegans, but especially who loves the good food. In the menu you can find also Tuscan "tagliere" (cheese and local cured meats), handmade pasta, traditional Tuscan recipes. You can find cakes and homemade jams, organic and biodynamic wines, and of course our famous olive oil, present in the best guides. It was the old cellar of the company and the big barrels are there to remind us. Here they were vinified our grapes and wines here departed. Now is the restaurant La Taverna dell'Olio, both for our guests and for external customers. There is a strong attention to detail: crystal drops hanging from the red brick ceiling framing the swallows' nest, tables are old sewing machines, furniture respectful of the Tuscan tradition. A welcoming place where you can taste dishes traditional or innovative, inspired by local products or by those of the nearby vegetable garden. A vegetable garden that aims to be "fair", to respect the natural balance. A km 0 menu, short chain, in the Slow Food mood. In summer you can eat outside under "sails." In the distance, clearly visible, the sea, the islands, the Gulf of Baratti. Nearer the hills, the olive grove, the smell of the countryside. A romantic and charming place, relaxing and seductive...in sum unforgettable!
